“I was looking for an ice machine for my fridge freezer as it had broken but I could not find anybody that had one. I discovered UK white goods and not only had one in stock but they were a lot cheaper. excellent service”

“My Diswasher was from Germany so we took a chance that the replacement shelf would fit, which it did. Thankyou so much it saved me buying another dishwasher at the moment. The people I bought it from didn't do spare parts. It would have been more helpful if you did measurements however it was perfect thankyou.”

“Excellent service in these difficult times! Oven heating element failed a few days before Christmas, Whitegoods identified and dispatched a suitable replacement to arrive the next day. Also, the replacement element supplied was much cheaper than the Cooker manufacturer's version.”

“Ordered a set of smeg burners after they were damaged by an oven cleaning company!! Excellent service all arrived before Christmas, one of them was damaged. No problem it was replace and a returns label issued for the return of damaged unit Cannot fault the service provided, very good values for money all genuine Smeg parts”

“I sent an email enquiring about a part and their response was very quick, personable and knowledgeable. Although they did not have the part they were able to explain the issues. To me this is great as I wasn’t left waiting for a response and just a ‘no, sorry’. Will definitely use them again.”

“The first item, delivered by Hermes, arrived damaged. However Whitegoods supplied a replacement and post paid return label. The element fits fine, but you need two thin bolts to attach it and a clip or wire loop for the front. Recommended”
