“Took a few days longer to arrive than anticipated, especially after paying for quicker delivery. However the customer service was very good & the company were ready to send out another item but 1 week after ordering, our order arrived.... It was Christmas btw....”

“Fantastic service to replace a broken fridge handle. I emailed details of my fridge model and the part required to customer services, received a response within the hour providing a link to the required parts, placed the order and received the replacement in two days. Can’t fault the service. Sadly seems to be rare these days with so many companies using covid as an excuse for poor service. Thanks for being an excellent exception!”

“Dear Sir/Ms, I want to excuse myself for not coming back after my first visit. I queried about a drain pump for a particular washing machine but Kenneth Watt from UK Whitegoods emailed me telling me to check the model number as the one I supplied was not a valid EU model number. In the meantime, I realized that the spider and the drum were also damaged. I have replaced my washing machine. I still feel obliged to thank you and wish all at UK Whitegoods a very healthy, happy and prosperous New Year.”

“Really Good - I bought a replacement oven part, It was very clear on UK Whitegoods website which part would fit my model - but as I wanted to double check - I clicked the info box - they clarified with a personal email straight away - so I ordered it. I LOVE this kind of straight forward, clear kind of service, as its not cheap this hob pan trivet, and I get sick of getting ripped off online. Thank you. xx (Massive Christmas dinner DONE)”
