“very helpful advcse and feedback on my request for two fan motors for my cooker hood. Unfortunately the supplier mixed up the order, but no problem in sending pack the unnecessary part, and replacing it with the correct part - at no extra cost. prompt (within the hour) responses to emails relating to the order.”

“Great service with a speedy response to emails. Found the part I needed ordered online. It was over the Christmas period so postage was a little slower. Once the new year was out of the way my order was delivered in good time. Great customer service team that answered emails fast which is alway great. Overall great service would definitely use this company again for spare parts”

“Great service and I was very impressed. Would definitely recommend. I enquired about a part for a discontinued fridge and they got back to me within hours (and much quicker than a competitor website that gave me a garbled useless answer!). We now have the part, which unfortunately arrived damaged due to the delivery company throwing it about and they’ve sorted a replacement immediately. Very impressed all round.”
