“Although UK Whitegoods couldn't help me as the part I required is longer available etc, my dealing with them was very good indeed - so friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again !!!”

“Part ordered on 16/12 to be delivered by Christmas Day. Queried after a further week after no contact and was told part was not in stock but that they would get with a day or so to post out. Item still not received 11/1 and dishwasher shelf is going to break if the part is not fitted. Would have gone elsewhere if I knew it was going to take this long!”

Sorry but we're seeing a lot this just now due to Brexit, the part has been delayed due to that and clearing customs etc.

“A lightning fast answer to my query about obtaining the correct part and delivery on the last quoted date which isn't bad given current Covid conditions. I wish I had gone to UK Whitegoods the first time around instead of ordering the wrong parts from someone else the first time.”

“Unfortunately they were unable to help me as my appliance is too old to be on their lists, and would have been of no use even if it were. I am looking for an extra basket, not a replacement of an original, and they cannot provide measurements of their freezer baskets”

“I recently made enquiries about a cold inlet valve for a Bosch washing machine, and the service from UK Whitegoods was brilliant, they confirmed the correct part number so I could compare that with Bosch when they repair my washing machine. Good job. Thanks.”

“The SMEG outer glass door was Genuine and it fit perfectly. the additional parts with the glass were good as well, but if you could supply screw with the additional parts either free or charge will be really handy.”

“Quick helpful reply to query. Subsequently ordered item recommended to resolve problem. However item out of stock and put on order. Would have been good to have been told item out of stock so could have sourced elsewhere. Still not received without delivery forecast. Oven out of use awaiting part. Realise COVID causing some delays but that does not excuse not been told item not in stock.”

Blame Brexit, not us and it's not just the shipping that's a problem but also the paperwork that has to be done. And, Royal Mail is only suitable for small items. We did advise here: https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/appliance-industry-news/4420-supply-to-northern-ireland
