“I made a mistake ordering the wrong part - when i contacted the support via email They were very quick to respond and extremely helpful and to the point i had the part i was looking for within a couple of hours and ordered it with them. Delivery was late however due to the strain COVID is putting on the logistics industry right now I'm sure we can cut people a break , right?”

“Product arrived a bit later than expected probably due to Xmas holidays and Covid delays. But once dispatched it quickly arrived and it was exactly what was requested.”

“Very happy and impressed with the response to my questions. Still waiting however for the goods that I ordered. Delay may be due to new customs rules and regulations. (I live in France) Have not yet been informed that items have bee dispatched. Unable to respond to questions re delivery times etc.”

“Placed an order on 11th December. Still waiting for it to arrive (today is 16th January). I was advised that the first part was lost in transit when I chased the order on 4th January but two weeks later and I still have not received anything.”

“I recently enquired about a spare part and received a prompt reply asking for more information to correctly identify the part and helpfully explaining where I'd find the information. Alas, it turned out the part was not available, but I was very impressed with the service. The respondent even checked competitor sites for me!”
