“Delivery of order very prompt, just make sure you order correctly as after service is rubbish. They made it impossible to return an item I ordered by mistake so I ordered the right item from somewhere else! I personally wouldn’t order from them again 😕”

“They charge me for goods they didn't have, when they did have it , They then refused to send it even though I had paid for item and p&p because I raised a dispute with paypal, they said they would not send it until I closed the dispute. 😠😠😠”

And, you were refunded as you refused to close the dispute. You were given the options, that's what *YOU* chose. That part had to come from the main EU hub and was held up in customs due to the whole Brexit thing, you might have heard about that. Oh, you did... we told you! So your "review" is just a tad "disingenuous" will we say.
