Yes, because only Bosch, as we explained, can program the module you wanted for your machine so you had no option but to go to Bosch.. .like we told you.

“My Candy Condenser Tumble Dryer Model GCC591NB developed a fault. After few minutes all the lights flashed + constant beeping + no heat. Asked the trusty Google and come across a thread from 2017 on the UK Whitegoods forum. They recommended replacing the heating element and provided a link to the actual product so I placed an order for £ 41.95. It arrived within a week not bad considering we are in a pandemic. My husband and I watched a video tutorial on Youtube and the installation was done in less than 15 minutes. Initially, I was going to order a new Tumble Dryer as booking an engineer during a pandemic would take weeks. Very pleased with the service provided by UK Whitegoods, will definitely use them again.”
