Love my sho bottle but unfortunately the straw lid doesn’t work. All I get is air when I drink from it, rendering it useless. Hoping customer services gets back to me to resolve.

I have received a faulty cup and have been trying to get hold of the company for a week. my email has not been responded too, i’m very disappointed as the reviews were so good… unfortunately my experience isn’t so good. i’m still awaiting a response regarding the faulty cup that I bought for my young daughter

I ordered the pacto cup. It doesn't tell you in the info that the sip hole doesn't close, this means my drink doesn't stay hot and obviously it spills out. I contacted customer service and asked to return it, they said I could but had to pay postage, it doesn't tell you this on the website either! They told me I could purchase another lid which is splash proof(not leak proof) but obviously at a further cost to myself -why aren't you able to choose this lid with the original purchase??! Also doesn't fit in a car cup holder. Very poor design.

Unfortunately, at the moment it's not leak proof but we do have optional splash proof lids available on the Pacto product page. Hi Ian, I've had a little look into this and I can see that you've actually pre-ordered your Food Flask with a shipping date of 28/02. I bought a food flask for my daughters lunch but it DOES NOT keep food warm. Not even in the space of 2 hours after I had made the food and it was too cold for my daughter to eat.

As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours. I ordered two new bottle tops and at the last click of the order managed, unbeknown to me, agreed to buy another product. I was unable to delete this and when I immediately contacted Sho they didn’t respond until it was too late to alter the order. Their advice was to refuse the delivery which is impossible unless you stay at home until it arrives. No refund, just pure trickery. Really shocked at the lengths a company will go to.

Unfortunately you didn't use one the the keywords outlined in our FAQs so your email was not picked up in time. We receive a high volume of emails everyday so we advise that you add the keywords 'Cancel' 'Edit' or Amend' to the subject line of your email if you ever make a mistake on your order so we can catch this in time to change this for you. Hi there, Thanks for your review! I'm really sorry about the delay on your order. I've had a little look into this and I can see that your order was caught up in the Royal Mail strikes just before Christmas. Unfortunately, due to the extra volume of parcels and the several strike days carried out by Royal Mail this did cause a backlog in the postal system so we were seeing significant delays on our deliveries at the time. However, I can see that we did keep in contact with you to check on the status of your order and it was eventually delivered on the 19th December. Unfortunately, Royal Mail's industrial action was out of our hands and we can only apologise on their behalf for the delivery delays. Best wishes, Ellie

I purchased a travel mug, which I thought had a sealed lid. It has a small opening which doesn't close which means I cannot use it as a travel cup. I feel very disappointed 😞 I purchased a food flask previously which wa great that's why I chose your brand.

Absolutely rubbish, primed first with boiling water, food was cold. I left a complaint and no answer? Shocking!

Poor customer service and expected to pay for returns, I emailed asking even if faulty and never got a reply! Food flask doesn’t keep food hot and was just told our hot water in and pre heat? Shocking and won’t buy again

Very disappointed. Liquid leaks out of the lid when closed. Not fit for purpose.

Unfortunately, the lid is splash proof rather than leak proof so will see some spillage if you tip the Pacto up. It's more designed to stop/slow down small spillages on-to-go. I've had a look into this our end and I can see that we asked you to send over some photos of the damage on the 8th November but we never heard anything back from you so this wasn't resolved. Bought a flask for my son and after three hours the food is barely warm. Contacted customer service and they replied asking me to do a 10 hour test. I didn't hear back. Emailed again and not heard back. Would not waste my money again!!

Please be aware that our customer service is a very small team of two (and they do not work over the weekends) so you will not receive an immediate reply from them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SHO sneakily added the option to buy something I didn't want onto my purchase and I thought I was buying my initial order but the extra item had been added. Sent an email immediately saying i didn't want the extra item but they didn't reply until after the item had arrived (quite a few days after I'd sent the email) and now they are making me pay postage to return it. Totally unfair that I am paying as they can't reply in a timely way and adding the extra item is unacceptable. Will not shop with them ever again.

This review is purely as the after sales is shocking...bought 2 flask which did not keep the food hot or even warm after 6 hrs ..after numerous emails to the aftersales taking forever to reply i was asked to test tbe flasks for 10 hrs which i have done to no joy i was asked return these flasks in which i did on the 2oth dec i have not herd a thing from them which is shocking they are quick enough at taking your money but not so quick to even acknowledge the faults....I would not rate these at all. Very disappointed ...still awaiting emails regarding these

Horrible experience with ordering! I ordered on 11/25/22 and 7 weeks later, I have not received my items! Customer service is VERY slow in responding to emails!

Bad design. Bought 2 and whilst the colours are lovely, the lids are stainless steel and you can’t drink it whilst it’s hot as burns your lips!
