I ordered two new bottle tops and at the last click of the order managed, unbeknown to me, agreed to buy another product. I was unable to delete this and when I immediately contacted Sho they didn’t respond until it was too late to alter the order. Their advice was to refuse the delivery which is impossible unless you stay at home until it arrives. No refund, just pure trickery. Really shocked at the lengths a company will go to.
