Would love to write a review about this product but after ordering 3 weeks ago I’ve yet to receive my order. And still no date to receive my order.

I've been sent daily emails advertising products for Christmas.. now been asked to review my purchase. It's still not here 17 days and counting. Ordered early because of the strikes and only now since raising with Sho is it showing as dispatched. Not convinced it'll arrive in time, really frustrating. I feel they shouldn't be advertising with daily spam emails if they are unable to fulfill the orders they have.

Take ages to deliver my buying, while they promised three days delivery. They give me a track number which doesn't exist at all. And I also have no way to refund!

Extremely disappointed with the so called engraving that I paid £7.49 for. Cannot believe how small it is. For that price I expected a reasonable size name . It is such a shame as I just love the bottles flasks etc and have bought many for friends and family. But this lettering is not worth the money.

I ordered my items on 25th November and received a dispatch email on 28th November. Since then I have never received the delivery. I have tried emailing SHO twice, the first time I received no response and the second time I was asked to confirm my address which I did immediately but received no response. SHO told me it was not normal that I haven’t received my delivery but have done nothing to rectify. This is supposed to have been a Christmas present. Poor delivery, poor communications and poor customer service. I am very disappointed as I have used SHO before.

I’d would be delighted to leave a review but sadly I’ve never received it. I have tried to get assistance from SHO but have been abandoned, customer service is very bad. Actually it’s none existent. I asked for a refund but said the could only do this when I returned it to them. Not impressed

I have already contacted you. A week has passed since my last contact. The parcel contained 2 plastic straws and black lids- ONLY! As they were Christmas presents ordered at the end if November, it seems I have no chance of this situation being resolved in time. Thank you.

I am sure if you ever receive your products they are amazing but when waiting over 3 weeks for delivery I've contacted SHO 4 times trying resolve the issue they just seem not to be bothered or just don't care Not a company I can recommend I will not be making any further attempts to purchase from them.

Purchased in good faith , but totally impractical as there is no cover for the lid , which leaks ! You clearly need to state that in your marketing material, as it is unclear . Your Customer service team tried to help and advised you were looking at a design that close the open aperture

Still awaiting my order, it's been 17 days, understand we've had postal strikes but not good when advertised as royal mail 48. When contacting customer service attitude was we've dispatched so not our problem. Poor service.

Still awaiting the arrival, have emailed twice after tracking my parcel which hasn't moved from Pcs Atherstone since 29th November, have asked for a replacement, please don't use the strike action as another excuse for the delay

I love my flask. it's really good but I ordered a mystery box for my daughters birthday because it stayed 2 to 3 days delivery. Her birthday has now been and gone and I had to buy her an alternative to make up her gift. I have no doubt that the products will be good but I am disappointed in the time "both" purchases have taken to be delivered. The Royal Mail strike is no excuse because it was well publicised and you could have chosen an alternative courier.
