The product looks great and the rating is not due to quality. However it didnt occur to me that the lid would not make the cup spill proof. The cup is therefore not fit for purpose for me...namely it cant be taken to work full which was the point. Not having the time to get to a post office during their opening times to send it back means lve kept it but havent used it and am unlikely to. Pity you dont sell lids separately as l would have bought one. Make it clearer please that the lid doesnt make the cup spill proof so those like me who dont read all the small print, which was my fault,dont make this error and waste money.

Unfortunately, at the moment it's not leak proof but we will be releasing a closable splash proof lid within a couple of months time so keep an eye out for this. I have been told my order will arrive at the end of May. Six weeks from the order. Its a joke!

Hello Angela, Thanks for your review and apologies for any misunderstanding here. The way a pre-order works is that you pay for and reserve an item that is currently out of stock but a future dispatch date is given instead. As we are completely out of stock of the Sports Bottles at the moment, we're unable to have your order sent out until the advised delivery date you were given you upon placing your order. All items under the same order will be sent out together so we advise that you place a separate order for non pre-order items if you need them sooner. Our Sports Bottles will be dispatched on or before the 31st May as soon as we've received our delivery. Doesn't work,cold after 4hrs and yes I did put boiled water in first to make the flask hot

Hi Marion, I'm really sorry to hear this. As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours. Not received my order yet. Sports bottle release has been pushed back so the rest of my order has been pushed back, at least that’s what I assume. I’m surprised that you sent me a request to review. Not impressed at this time!!

I received the order late and when I contacted the customer care team they just dismissed me saying that it takes that long to dispatch. Never admitted or apologised for the wrong information given that the order will reach me in 2-3 days. The calix doesn’t have a sliding closure , so it spills my coffee if I have it in my bag when I go for a walk. Kept it upright in the side pocket, still spills everywhere. Apart from that the calix is alright.

Hi Lekshmi, Thank you so much for your feedback. We are very sorry for any confusion caused with the dispatch and delivery times. We allow up to 1-2 working days for orders to be processed and for our warehouse team to pack and dispatch it and then Royal Mail deliver them within 2-3 working days. We do advise of these times on our website but it sounds like you may have missed this. We understand your concerns about the Calix spilling when it's in your bag, and are in the process of improving the design to make the product more convenient and user-friendly and will be releasing a closable splash proof lid in the near future. Customer service is terrible. They did not even respond in writing but only sent screen grabs when return information was requested. Delivery and dispatch is mis advertised. They take days to dispatch and then days to deliver not the 48 hours alluded to.

Hello there, I've read through your email thread and I can see that we did reply to your in writing but we did also send over some screenshots to help clear up any confusion you may have with the delivery times. Your order was delivered within the timescale quoted on our website (1-2 days processing, 2-3 days delivery). Tracked 48 is the Royal Mail delivery service that your order is sent via not how long it takes to receive your order after it's placed. Again apologies for any confusion caused. Food flask looks good but food didn't stay warm for long. Soup was just tepid even though we followed the instructions to the letter. Wrote and told them about this week's back but heard nothing, then received this email asking for a review!!

I feel really bad saying this as the flasks are so beautiful to look at, I bought 4, gave 2 as presents & have kept 2 for my son & I. I put hot food in at 7am & by 1pm it’s cold:( I have tried overheating my food, but the same happens…. I’m disappointed but will just let it go.

Very very poor. Does not keep hot, mug is not foully sealed and therefore heat escapes and actually rather risky! I have two food containers & a coffee mug and none keep hot. Customer service is poor. Very disappointed

Unfortunately, as advised on our website, it's not leak proof but we do have an optional closable splash proof lid that can be purchased to go with it. I've had a look into your email threads and it looks like you haven't got back to us after we asked you to complete boiling water test on your products. I think there has been a bit of confusion on your part as I've looked into this for you and I can see that it was only a Straw Lid that you purchased on your last order. The Straw Lids and the Original 2.0 Bottles are separate items so you need to add both of these to your basket to receive a bottle too. Apologies for any confusion caused.
