Had a shipment get into a accident and was totaled. The vendor refuses to refund me the money I paid for the shipment nor will they pay the deductible. When I reached out to Shiply to assist they basically said "sorry but nothing we can do". If you are not going to vet your carriers or hold them responsible for what they are doing then why bother using this platform. It is too risky and I am out over $6000.00

I have used them in the past and it was great. Now, however, they won't take the deposit via card nor paypal nor anything other than a third party website who are asking me for all my bank details. My bank says its high risk and I must not give my bank details to anyone, trustpilot has no reviews, a scam-website expresses caution. Have emailed Shiply twice for an alternative - they just say no. So I cant accept any of the quotes. Absolutely useless customer service!

If it is possible, l would like to put negative star. Totally nonsense people, poor communication (seems he doesn't know English) The service was not door to door please be careful. Schedule was a mess because he says I don't have a certain time for delivery. But they still need to give me date, time, location for drop off the vehicle. Then I could plan ahead. Finally I have to chase him 20's of time then get the time n place for drop off vehicle. The arrival time was late than they assumed. Supposed vehicle will be arrived on early of the week, finally we get the vehicle at Wednesday late afternoon. So I totally strong not recommended this service.

Since July, Shiply has blocked access to the platform for new companies. They wrote that they are updating the platform. It's been going on for 9 months now! I guess they lost the court case because they can't accept new companies. For other and new companies, it is not fair on shiply's part because they do not know where they stand. Of course, Shiply blocks honest carriers for free and without giving a reason. They don't respect transport companies.

I used 'Scheduled-Deliveries' to transport a pedal car for me. The delivery driver had a serious attitude issue,and should no way be representing a company of any kind.Foul, potty-mouthed shouting every swearword that has ever been heard in the courtyard of the private apartments.I would never,every use this company again,where by contrast using Shiply in the past has been a pleasant experience.Give 'Scheduled-Deloveries' a very wide birth,unless you want to be the subject of abuse by someone who has no respect for people who pay his living,or for the job he is doing. A complete disgrace to the industry,and an enbarrassment to his company for sure.This experience can only cost them dearly.Remember,the man who pays the piper calls the tune. Paul Johnson.

Leider gibt es keine Rechnung für die Anzahlung und Mann wird immer auf die englische Seite hin gewiesen wo es keine Antwort gibt. Leider ganz schlechter Kunden Service! Ich warte heute noch auf meine Abzahlungsbedingung Rechnung für die Buchhaltung!!!

Missold Scam Insurance, Item arrived Damaged beyond repair I use Shiply a lot. But NEVER again will I use them. I recently organised the collection of a bed from an auction house. I had viewed the item and ensured the product was in good condition prior to bidding. I then booked a collection through Shiply with a courier, who to be honest was poor, I didn't hear a word from the courier for days, leaving me to chase numerous times. As the item I was shipping was £650 I paid extra to Shiply at booking to cover the transit. Hoping this would cover us if any issues arose. Long story short, my bed arrived damaged, beyond repair. The courier admitted damaging it, they provided their insurance and said they would raise a claim. I have chased them so many times with no progress. Which leads me to believe that they have no intention of making a claim. I also progressed a complaint and claim via Shiply, I had hoped this would be straight forward as I had images of the item before and after delivery and I had paid for insurance. Shiply have just informed me that they won't pay out as the item wasn't protected sufficiently by sender. I was assured by the courier that my item would be packaged and protected, I can't physically do it from the other side of the country, this is why we use Shiply, for their trusted and careful couriers. Clearly now they are just allowing any old cowboys to sign up to their service and the insurance they offer, that I paid extra for is a complete scam.

i contracted them to ship a car for me on 02/29/2024. the agreed price was 1000. they took a $197.00 deposit to tell me that someone would get it right away. When i conplained 3 days later they tell me that the arent a extraditing company and it would be up to 5 business days to pick up the vehicle. I complained again which they offered to rebook with another company but not to return my deposit. still no go. i sent them a message on the 5 business day with no response only to tell me to check my texts, which nothing extra is there. You cant even get anyone on the phone only emails. This company is a total SCAM BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally broken table, parts missing, zero support from Shiply who claim they are a neutral service like Google. This is not how you advertise yourself Shiply - you imply that you will be there to help when things go wrong. When they do, you're not interested in helping and you continue to allow the dishonest courier to operate on your platform!

Paid deposit 2 weeks ago with promise that dresser would be picked up in 1-4 days. this was followed by a string of excuses until carrier went "radio silent" 5 days ago.

Avoid this company. Only delivered on the third day, after arranging two previous deliveries and not turning up, with no communication. They then don’t answer their phones or respond to messages. A stressful experience.

Someone wrote a review for a shipment I haven’t yet received my boat yet but according to the review I have received it using my user id. I have sent note to Shipley and haven’t gotten a response. There’s no way to call customer service for resolution. Using their message portal. The boat still hasn’t arrived and I am beginning to think the reviews are rigged to attract customers BEWARE. Will update once we receive our boat (hopefully in one piece.

Ich kann das Portal leider nicht empfehlen und möchte jetzt schon betonen, es ligt nicht an den Speditionen. - Ich hab einen Auftrag vergeben und dann wedren meine Kontaktdaten nicht weitergegeben, da Shiply auf den Eingang und die Verbuchnung der Zahlung wartet. - Der Betrag wurde mittlerweile 2 mal abgebucht - Was soll passieren, wenn ich über das Portal Shiply einen Sofortüberweisung mache. - Dass Geld war 10 Minuten später auch vn meinem Konto abgebucht, aber leider bringt mir das nichts. - Sie sehen in meinem Screenshot auch, dass Shiply die Kommunikation eingestellt hat. Also Fazit, wenn Sie keine Zeit haben, dann sichen Sie sich selbst eine Spedition

They took our money and didn’t call or communicate with me for days after saying we were set for exact days and they would be in touch and then blamed it on me that I didn’t call them. And then they tried to communicate with someone else rather than me who was paying and they could have called or texted. I can’t get shiply to get back to me via call or email. And now we’re stuck and we have no way to get our dog somewhere and the person caring for a dog flies out Sunday.

BEWARE - Shiply OFFER NO SUPPORT with delivery or payment issues. I completed an outstanding payment after my item was collected - but the delivery company claimed they didn't receive payment and tried to get me pay AGAIN - I felt intimidated by their communication (we wont deliver till you pay etc) and so I very nearly paid AGAIN. I had paid 0 using the stupid Shiply link - that DOESN'T record payments made I asked Shiply to step in - their response was 'Also, since the Shiply site acts as a neutral venue through which transport providers and users can meet and enter into negotiations. We are in no way involved in the actual transaction and assume no control over the quality, safety, or legal aspects of the jobs and/or transactions that take place through the site. ' Personally - I would be VERY careful of using Shiply - they are happy to take your money - and happy to see you get ripped off.

Was told that my car would be picked up on Monday and not they are saying that they are not an extradited co so now it can be picked up with 5 business days. Beware of this company shady business practices

Unprofessional handling of disputes by Shiply. I opened a dispute and provided all information requested by Shiply. In two week, they just closed the dispute saying I have not provided any requested information. Just waist of my time. Highly advise to used a reliable delivery service.
