Had a shipment get into a accident and was totaled. The vendor refuses to refund me the money I paid for the shipment nor will they pay the deductible. When I reached out to Shiply to assist they basically said "sorry but nothing we can do". If you are not going to vet your carriers or hold them responsible for what they are doing then why bother using this platform. It is too risky and I am out over $6000.00
