Hat alles super funktioniert, aus mehreren Angeboten habe ich das mit den besten Bewertungen und einem guten Preis Leistungsverhältnis ausgewählt. Ich konnte direkt Kontakt mit den Unternehmen aufnehmen und so Eines auswählen, das sich auf einen bestimmten Termin festlegen ließ. Dies haben nicht Alle abgeboten. Einige boten den Umzug innerhalb von 2 bis 3 Tagen um einen bestimmten Termin herum an. Nach Auswahl des Unternehmens wurde eine kleine Anzahlung fällig, die dann vom Gesamtpreis abgezogen wurde. Dies wurde schriftlich bestätigt. Restzahlung dann bei Auslieferung der Möbel. Alles super.

Lucys company was great with delivering my Ford explorer to Ocala. The driver Edrian was amazing and I received my vehicle sooner then expected. You can count on this company.

Shippers beware! I used Shiply to ship a vehicle to another state. The process seemed to go well and I accepted a quote from Roads Captain America. I received numerous emails from Shiply and RCA through the time of the pickup. My instructions were to pay the driver the remaining balance. I confirmed this with the driver as well. Once the vehicle was picked up, radio silence from both Shiply and RCA. When the vehicle was delivered, I paid the contracted amount. The driver then advised me that the amount was actually higher. He refused to leave the keys until I paid more. I had to pay the extra fee. Shiply and RCA have yet to address the issue. There is no number to call Shiply and RCA stopped answering calls. I've emailed with them numerous times and almost 2 weeks later it still is not resolved. Shiply takes a fee and then assigned the order to RCA. RCA then pays a broker to procure a driver. The broker is the one who appears to have increased the fee. I even reached out to the broker, who did not answer the phone and would only engage in limited text messaging. It is also worth noting that the driver spoke no english and arrived to pick up my vehicle in an older pickup truck and trailer. I would not recommend using either Shiply or Roads Captain America.

Hi Angela, I'm very sorry to hear that the driver increased the price upon delivery. Transport providers are not allowed to change their agreed quote once a booking has been accepted, and any requests for extra payment at delivery are against Shiply’s rules.
