“My oak wardrobe was delivered minus the oak hanging rail. I also payed £14 insurance incase of any damage etc. It's nearly 3 weeks since delivery and still nothing has been done. Good-fellas did the delivery who lost the rail and Proovia are the insurance company who are as much use as a chocolate teapot. So I Certainly don't rate them at all.”

Hi, I’m sorry to hear that the wardrobe was delivered without its oak hanging rail and that the issue remains unresolved nearly three weeks later. Shiply is an online marketplace connecting customers with independent transport providers. The transport provider is responsible for items lost or damaged while carrying out the delivery. If the £14 payment was for the Shiply Protection Plan, any claim would need to be assessed under its applicable terms. Proovia appears to be separate from Shiply.
