Overall this is a good site even though one of the carriers was a bad actor (SubjectMovers) and cost me a lot of money. I am still waiting on Shiply to give me the full contact details for my attorney on these crooks (they took at least three others from what I have seen)
I would never pay anyone in advance on this site as you cannot get your money back once they have it.
The company that did the job was great just not the first one I hired who took my money, made up excuses, and then disappeared.
