I used Shiply website before, but I don't remember such high fees. Really - for what? I am very disappointed by this...

I would use Shipley again, howver I would never use or recommend IMS Relocations also known as IMS4 moving, they were unprofessional and unreliable and left me with damaged property.

The courier was great but Shiply itself is rubbish. They give you a contact number that actually isn't manned and they don't answer your emails. I'll use Anyvan in future.

Quotes and delivery fine. Customer service very poor. I have sent an email requesting an invoice for the amount paid to Shiply but have had no response, also tried ringing, long wait, I gave up in the end.

Previously using Shiply I wasn't charged for making contact to exchanged details, on this occasion I was £12.00 to connect with a transport company, if I had known I would have budgeted for that, not impressed!!

it is a good service overall, gets you in contact with several providers in an easy way since it is difficult to ship stuff around and all is registered through e-mail; down side is the customer service not being available through the phone, the number is there but then you get redirected to send a mail; the service costs are a bit high 20% or higher, that i find it too much.

I found out the Courier Quoted £140 but I had to Pay £176 due to the Shipley Fee. I know Shipley is a Business that has to Earn Money but Adding 26% to the Original Couriers Quote is a bit Steep.

Process of using Shiply was good but on speaking to one of the transporters I was shocked with how much you are taking in commision. I believe if your commision was more reasonable then you would get more takers and I also believe you are going to miss out on a lot of business long term as couriers will gain direct contacts with people that what things shipping.

Service from Shiply was excellent, chose the courier with the best feedback but contact about collection and delivery was poor.

Unfortunately, we still have not received the chair.The courier was coordinating his collections, and it got put back approx 3- 4 days. Disappointing !

Accepted a quote, but had to contact the carrier myself . He told me that Shipley had not told him quote was accepted.

This is a little confusing, am I reviewing Shiply, or the courier that I awarded the job to? If it's Shiply then it is all excellent. If it's the courier I eventually used, then the communication with them was difficult I found.

I cannot grade Shiply as our business is in complete. The chairs have been collected but as yet I have no idea which day they are to be delivered in Scotland. The window of opportunity being between April 3rd and April 9th Hilary Walmsley

I feel there was a general lack of communication during the process of collection,and then again at delivery.I used Shiply recently to get prices on items I had for sale on e-bay,and found the quotes a lot more expensive than parcel2go.
