“My delivery was not just on time; it was early!! The driver was professional and polite. He was willing to patientlyntake the time with me to answer whatever questions I had. The rate was very good and they kept their word on everything. I am so glad I went through Shiply and Roads-Captain-America. The communication was EXCELLENT and always timely. I was arranging this for a move from Texas to Michigan and was apprehensive, but all of my fears were for nothing, because everything was as promised.”

“In this business Communication with the Customer and providing frequent Status updates on your Delivery progress is so critical. Michael the Senior Logistics Coordinator with Midas is a Professional, Customer friendly, and an excellent communicator. The driver came on time for pickup in Virginia Beach and delivered on time in Edgewater, NJ. I was hesitant to use them given that Midas is new in this business but turned out to be a good positive experience. I will use Midas again.”

“Gave my old SUV to my son. As he lives 3 hours away in a rural area, I’d have no way to get home after dropping off the car. JimmyCs from Shiply picked up the car at my house when he said he would, and dropped it off when he said he would. Good communications, clean modern trailer, and I’d use again. Five stars out of five. Thank you!”

“Fastline did an excellent job in picking up an awkward item (disabled raising loo seat) and bringing it from Wakefield to Norfolk, after we bought it on eBay. Whereas several other companies were reluctant to comply with the strict but long (6.5hrs) daily availability of the seller (the warehouse of a hospice), Fastline were happy to do so, and remained true to their word. Natalia on the phone was excellent and called to advise us of delivery time with a two-hour window, which they hit on the nose. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”
