They refuse to supply a VAT receipt for payments and refuse to communicate.

Hi Jake, We can only provide you with a receipt for the deposit payment, which you can download on your own. Your chosen courier can issue a receipt for the outstanding amount, as this payment was made directly to them. Please contact your chosen courier, and they should be able to assist you here. Shiply is not helping me get my deposit back from a bad transport company. They need to give me my money back because I cancelled them weeks ago, and Shiply needs to refund my deposit and use their leverage on the company to do so.

If you want to pay in advance for goods not to be delivered for second time and cancelled at 8pm by text the night before, by all means use them. All sorted today and just cancelled again!!! I assume I will be refunded all my money as the contract has still not been completed within the stated time, not likely I suspect? Still waiting on the item that has been collected so they are in a win win situation.

Moved a sofa with BigTexremodeling from Texas to Alabama. They were fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone who needs great service at a great price. Also, the Shiply process was very easy as I put my requirements online and quickly started receiving quotes. I could then Text back-and-forth with different suppliers to find out more about them and answer any questions that arose. Fantastic overall experience!

I coordinated a GUARANTEED pick up and gave them two days in which to complete the pickup. Pickup was supposed to be early in the morning. It was a no-show in the morning. Was told driver was there…he was not. Said driver would be there late afternoon. Driver never showed up. Ruined my ship opportunity. This was my second attempt using Shipley. Do not recommend.

Fantastic service worth every penny. Vehicle collection from Lancaster Ford dealer to home address in Fleet, Hampshire. Covered transport fully tracked. I wasn’t there at either end but great communication with Mark meant I knife exactly where my car was at any time. Also Mark sent photos and videos of loading into his covered trailer and unloading at the other end. Even a video of the keys being placed through my letter box! If my car was a £100k Ferrari I would still have total trust and confidence with his level of service and security. I was never left wondering how things were going at any time. I would unreservedly recommend Mark and his amazing professionalism and high level of customer service. Planning to purchase an old sports car from auction in the next 12 months and Mark will be collecting and delivering it for me.
