Beware. They take your cash first then can't fulfill your order. Then have the cheek to say they'll hold your cash in account for the next time you use them. Had to involve my bak to get a refund. Do not use these conmen!!!!

Awful. No phone number to get help. Most couriers are actually from Proovia (who are diabolical) but pretend to be independents. If you dare request a refund due to driver asking for money up front, Shiply take two days to respond then tell you to fill out a long form and wait 10 days. Find another platform to handle your deliveries.

Hi I have a big complaint about shiply. Unfortunately the portal does not want to help new companies on shiply. Every other company that has been on shiply longer does not like new carrier accounts. Other companies post transport offers. If you are a new company on the platform, you receive this order and within 7 days they post a fake negative rating. You will get 2-3 fake ratings and shiply will immediately block your account as a user. Shiply, please tell me how we should proceed on the platform in Europe, if this is very unfair to new companies! You do not provide help to new companies. You do not verify the ratings, if they are posted correctly or not. You should stop this as soon as possible, because the market in Europe on shiply will be ruined soon. New companies should have a protective umbrella. And negative ratings should be verified. Anyone can rate your transport negatively, and shiply does not try to check if it is a fake rating. I worked for you for 1 week and I am a victim on the portal. And I didn't get any help, despite the reports. If shiply checked negative reviews of new accounts and removed negative reviews if the customer has no evidence, other companies would quickly give up unfair competition. What do I do now?? If I don't have an account? And other new companies? The same thing awaits them.

Five Star Logix and Shiply are a total scam. Scammed us out of money and then refused to unload shipment until they received more than double of the agreed up amount. Shiply offered zero assistance and Five Star Logix is part of the scam leaving you no recourse. DO NOT USE this site to book loads. It is not legitimate the brokers are in on the scam and they off zero assistance if you have an issue

Please note we do not allow couriers to charge extra on top of the quote you have accepted unless there are additional items, change of address and other things that are stated on their Terms and Conditions. The accepted price is what you are expected to pay and no more. Kindly relay this information directly to your chosen courier. I’d never trust Shipley again with transport, I think a civil litigation is the way forward against both parties involved the agent (shipley) and the courier. Shipley and the courier hide behind damage to motorcycles and keys that are damaged

BEWARE they cancelled their pick up on me. They should check with their drivers before sending out offers. They send auto responses and then decide whether they want to take your shipment. Be careful or go with someone else. It will save you time

The delivery was not on time, I paid for 2 extra days of storage and they charged me more than the quoted price, because my vehicle was running (what does that matter? I said no because it is a crashed car). It was all chaos, a very bad experience.

Tried to use We_Move_It_All. Horrible experience. Did NOT honor the contract price. Refused to respond to me. Car never got shipped. If I could give them negative five stars I would. SCAM.

We were blackmailed into paying the charge BEFORE they would unload the truck at the house.. Why? Because they Broke an expensive crystal glass table and denied it. The delivery guys became very agitated and told us we either paid or they would keep our possessions.

Messers told me they would deliver on the Friday so I booked day off , I messaged them Friday and they tell me their not coming it will be next week one day and that they will msg me a time and day next week so not only have I booked one day off work costing me 200 pound I now need to take another day off next week ,,, glad I messaged them today or I’d of sat here all day , I’ve used shiply before and used voyagers courier service and had no problems

Twice I booked Shiply couriers to collect a piece of furniture on eBay and twice I ended up being ghosted by them. The service was awful, why accept a job if you have no intention of carrying it out? Hassle now to arrange a refund for each, see the form it will take half an hour to fill in.

I will start by saying this review is not aimed at Shiply but one of their recommended companies. Swift-Drop - What a joke. Turned up with a small van to move all my furniture having been given a comprehensive list of items in advance and then said they could come back the next day with a bigger van for three times the agreed cost ! I won't even go into their demeanour when they did turn up. Don't waste your money. Swift-drop I wished I'd dropped you !!

I do not recommend the portal for new carriers! Shiply blocks new carrier accounts based on two negative reviews from the same customer (who is actually another carrier from Shiply), he issues negative ratings 5 ​​minutes after accepting the offer, slandering new carriers! Standard procedure: ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER -> NEGATIVE UNBASED COMMENT -> RETURN OF DEPOSIT FROM SHIPLY. The security team is not able to thoroughly analyze the whole situation, they block accounts without reason and do not support new users of the platform! The security team supports the hate that takes place on the portal towards new users. They support users with longer experience who make it difficult for new carriers to work! I am shocked by what is happening on this portal! The entire team working there is suitable for replacement! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I accepted the offer on shiply of the carrier ebuzz. It turned out that the company is registered in England and the Romanian company Bultrans SRL is calling me. The phone numbers were incorrect. The ebuzz company account is registered to an English company. And the company was closed and the account on the portal is still working. It is incomprehensible to me that no one has verified the company now, only me as a person using the portal. I sent customer service information and proof that the company was closed but no one is doing anything about it.

I sent a bag from Birmingham to London, and it was picked up with TP 7685813 and up on till now my bag had not got to his destination. The bag is going abroad and no information whatsoever with my bag. Please can you help with any information .
