“I have to say that after joining Shiply as a carrier for 4 years and done over 330 deliveries, Shiply has treated very poorly. Shiply has made about $40,000 in commission from my customers and yet customers service takes about 24 hours to get a reply with no help. They have logged me out and blocked my account saying that it’s a “Account Protection” Now have been 3 days not being able to reply to my customers and seeing that I have 7 messages to reply. I have sent screenshots to customers service to help me as soon as possible, and even sending my direct phone number I get help. My name is Gerard.
