Great service!!!contacted them on a Sunday night for a pickup at a furniture store 2.5 hrs away and it was delivered to us by 4:30pm the next day at a price much better than local option we were told to contact. They also had great communication throughout the process, including sharing a picture when picked up, contacting me 15 min before arrival and a picture upon delivery. This is a fantastic service and one that I will use again!

Excellent service provided by Shipley and I was contacted by my chosen courier straight away. Eduard (Ed) proved extremely helpful and collection/delivery arrangements quickly agreed. The 1997 Fiat Punto was safely delivered within 3 days, Ed proved to be very polite and helpful showing utmost concern for care of the vehicle. Thanks for an outstanding experience, and at a reasonable price, Mark.

I had a great experience working with this company to transport my forklift from Upstate New York. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. They kept me informed at every stage of the process and were always responsive and professional. Even when the seller created a few small complications, they handled everything smoothly behind the scenes without passing any stress on to me. They managed the situation professionally and made the entire process easy and hassle-free. I truly appreciate their reliability, transparency, and customer-focused approach. I would definitely recommend them and will not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They were unable to ship my vehicle within the timeframe they promised. After the initial 5 business days they allotted, I waited an additional 4 calendar days with no progress. Throughout the process, I kept being told to “wait until the next day” for a driver or pickup date, but that never happened. I ended up waiting nearly two weeks with no scheduled pickup before finally having to cancel the service altogether. From my experience, it seems like they operate as a dispatch company rather than having their own trucks, which may explain the lack of accountability & follow-through. Overall, this was a frustrating & disappointing experience, & I would not recommend using this company.
