“Never used this kind of service before but my driver (OnlyMotorcycles24 (589)) went above and beyond to get my item to me ,there was quite a big issue not to do with my driver but my seller but he sorted it all for me and I really appreciated that , fab service and pricing amazing . Thank you so much ,will definitely use again .”

“I highly recommend this shipper! Excellent communication and customer service. They picked up the car within their given window. Their estimated delivery was 2 days I got my car in 1. If you’ve never used shiply and nervous about picking the right shipper, look no further, cargo management is who you should put your trust in!! We will definitely use them next time we ever need a car shipped!!”

“Very bad service, after agreed the deal and paid then the driver started make story that’s too busy then will be delivered within 14 days but I told him that was urgent and I need it next day then I tried to be patient and kind and asked him to do it ASAP then he started another story about the parcel weight and wanted to make deal outside Shiply deal to get more money or I have to wait 2-3 week to do the job then I asked if I reject that can he give me the money back but he just said to ask Shipley company for that then left, So avoid to deal with this driver and be careful as he not trusted and just time waster”

“Shiply does provide a valuable service in connecting independent shippers with customers but I find the website crude and some of the policies less transparent than they should be. I have had 2 good experiences that I mostly credit to the drivers. On their side, Shiply could up their game.”
