“I had my boat, a 15ft heavy dinghy transported from Dartmouth to Norfolk by Graham Quirk. Great job Graham has done. It was difficult to retrieve the boat from its previous location, Graham had to spent hours in the process, worked around smartly around the issues and was always responsive, kind and friendly. Shiply is a great platform, very easy to use and you can be sure to get the best quote.”

“Hardly write reviews but decided to do this time . I was looking how to get sofa from London to Yorkshire and I found this website and I choose this company , at first I was so anxious about all the process, thinking of if I get the sofa , what if not and more . But they do what they said and picked sofa from London and delivered to Yorkshire with no problems. So happy about this service and will use again and recommend to my friends and family. Thank you”

“I In the 6 hours it’s been since I requested a quote from you guys, I’ve had no less than 63 emails from you. I don’t care how good of a company you are, there is no way I’d hire a company that overwhelms you with emails like you do - seriously. I’m sure the only reason you have customers is because you harass people to the point where they’ll do anything to shut you up. It is the most disgusting harassment I’ve seen from any company anywhere - even insurance companies aren’t as bad as you guys are. It’s despicable 🤮 I’m blocking you. Be better”

When a listing is posted, multiple independent transport providers can submit quotes and follow-up messages, resulting in a high volume of notifications in a short time. “We used to use Shiply several times a year. However, the timing of the quotes so close together, and the huge rise in the fees they are wanting makes me think that some sort of AI is helping them, possibly. Anyway, I will not be using Shiply again, cheaper to rent a trailer and go and get the item.”

“Customer service was great 5/5 and saved me hours trawling through the internet in search of a driver to pick up a wheelchair, confirm the state and deliver it to me 290km away. I had a number of responders all of whom were suitable with good reviews. 5/5 for customer service and follow up. I was connected to a superb driver who was professional, trustworthy, polite, acted on my behalf and kept to his timeline. Very impressed with the quality of responders and especially Phillipe from the Vendee who I highly recommend 1000%.”
