This is the first time I’ve tried using Shiply. At first the prices coming in were way too high but after a day or so they leveled out to something doable. Over all it went smooth with no problems. The driver picked up a large 14 x 9 sign and it was in Florida two days later.

The cooperation was very professional. The communication was excellent. The driver was extremely helpful. Since I was ill, he and my wife carried this heavy piece of furniture into the apartment. Great service.

The website provided a number of quotes, and collected a referral "deposit" up front but provided no other support. I selected a company to pick up my vehicle but they just contracted out to a driver that was late twice. Then was charged $100 above and beyond the quoted to get another driver to pickup and deliver the vehicle.

Cancelled 5 mins before he was due to collect, would not answer the phone and refused to give another date, obvious his other “backload” had cancelled as we are in Somerset so not on his usual path, huge inconvenience to us and highly recommend you avoid this guy, I’m not the only person to have problems with him

I recently left a negative review because my heirloom piano was damaged. I am now in communication again with heirloom-haulers and if heirloom haulers pays for the damages as promised I will be a happier customer.

Hi, Thank you so much for your service i had recently for the car that was delivered to me..The guy Edy from Reliablemst was as an absolute gentleman. Very helpful and kept me updated throughout, and nothing was a problem to him. I would certainly recommend Reliablemst to anyone and would certainly use him again.

These 2 are amazing. They delivered everything without a scratch. Liz is a wonderful and caring lady. They loaded and unloaded my things, and let me tell you, no one else does that for free. This is the kind if company you want moving your things.

My camper got there a day early, BUT I was not prepared to pay him and what if I hadn't been here? That worked out OK too. However, there was no communication between me and the driver like was promised. So all is well, but what did I pay a broker $500 for?
