“Unreasonably restrictive messaging and unclear quote structure. I received a quote that had something other fee with it, but I couldn't tell if that second number had already been included in the bottom line quote. When I tried to clarify it with the contractor, I wasn't permitted to do that. No numbers or even words spelling out dollar amounts permitted in the messages. AND no other way aside from email to figure it out. They kept saying I was trying to negotiate the quote, and only allowed me to change the number in that pop-up. Way to lose business for yourself and you contractors, Shiply! FAIL!”

“I would highly not recommend using this company! I had a 2024 Camaro ZL1 delivered from Virginia to New Jersey and both the front and the rear of the car had been damaged during shipping. No one has reached out to cover the damages of my car, which is going to exceed $2000! Very very poor company!”

“I worked with this company very last minute but they were able to accommodate my needs for.a very important transport. Answered any and all questions that I had with no issue. We even received our delivery a day early which made me extremely happy. Kept me informed along the way as well. Jasmin was the agent that got all set up for me”

“Worst experience of my life. My family now has TWO vehicles stranded 300 miles away. I understand weather, etc. but communication is KEY. Want to call your driver? How about reaching an obvious burner phone with no voice mail set up. Want to cancel and get a refund on your deposit? Good luck with that!!! You wI'll lose time, money and perhaps even your vehicle.”

“Fast, efficient, responsive. Every question that I asked was answered promptly. Items arrived VERY quickly, well within my constrained timeline. Most other shippers were not able to promise precise delivery dates and they got my shipment here the day after the first day I requested. (They would have had it here a day earlier, but for a severe winter storm, but that's not a complaint: That's why I needed precision in delivery because sh*t happens.) I would use them again. [NOTE: Per below, the delivery took seven days, but that's because I requested that timeline. No other shipper could deliver from the West Coast to the Upper Mid-West in that timeframe.]”

“C'était la première fois que j'utilisais shiply, et pour moi il était urgent de faire redescendre un véhicule de Rennes jusqu'à Montauban, j'ai reçu 1 devis en prix très correct et j'ai fait appel à Kckndelivery ,parti le 24 décembre 2025 et arrivé le 25 décembre 2025 devant la maison avec ma hyundai Kona, services rapide prix correct, je ferai appel à shiply dans un futur proche. “I am a first time user of Shiply and when I needed a sofa/bed moved from Oxnard to Los Angeles I found this site. I very quickly received many quotes. The best quote came from Hoppy760 (Mark Hopkins Services). We had a few emails back and forth and he was very quick to reply with very clear questions and answers. We agreed upon a price and I booked his service. He texted me his ETA and showed up, at my home, on time. He moved the sofa/bed easily and carefully into his truck. He texted ahead to the destination, showed up on time and delivered it into the home in Los Angeles. He was again methodical and careful. We couldn't be happier with the results. I recommend his service very highly.”

“I had a very large Bar-B-Q Smoker I needed shipped from across the state. It was too large to go on a lift gate and weighed between 800-900lbs. Shipley gave me access to dozens of shippers, allowing me to find a transport driver with a trailer and a winch, allowing for easy loading/unloading. Great experience!!”

“Shipley obtained multiple quotes. We were contacted promptly after selecting the hauler, Load Makers. Ashton arranged the shipment of our 1990 Toyota SR5 on the first day it was available for shipment. It arrived the following day in great shape. David followed up to make sure all went well.”
