Writing messages on shiply platform is terrible. Long texts not possible.. The booking period for the deposit takes far to long (10 days) and is unacceptable when you also consider the amount of commision. Process is not transparent to customer

Very poor communication Worst ever service. Never use again. I have booked a pick up on 27th between 6-8pm and drop off at 1/2 hour away from pick up. Immediately the quote came. Really cheap than any other similar services anywhere else. Driver contact details were given online. But I have been Spent whole day sending hundreds of messages, emails and calles to catch the driver. But no response. After 24hours, he replied with loads of personal excuses for why he was out of reach. By the time my scheduled time has passed. Anyway, he gave his own time for pick up. With lots of difficulties, we managed to give him access, so finally he has collected the items. We thought he will take all the goods straight away to the delivery location. But no. Now he says that he will deliver tomorrow, yer there is no communication of time??. Yet he accused me that I have agreed to his schedule. What??. I have set time to pick up and drop off, but not the time that he can. What is this?? We have someone to collect the items tomorrow only till 9.30am and we communicated this several times. But no response yet. At this moment, I am not sure that we will receive the delivery or not. Shiply... OMG... Never ever use this company anymore.

I was so thankful for my experience W Shiply. I had my motorcycle with 48 hours safe and unharmed. William was accurate about timing and made my experience super simple and easy.

Job accepted very quickly. Good price. End of positive feedback. The negative and the reason I won’t use this company again; communication very poor. I to push for responses. The main problem was finding out from the delivery driver he was alone and needed me to help him carry the sofa from his van into my home. Really?? When i explained I was unable to as I have an injured thumb he suggested we knock at a neighbours door… NO! In the end i had to help. I used my wrist to take the weight. Not good! Strangely I’ve had lots of communication since taking delivery regarding the payment of the balance!? Texts pinging through at 3am 😡

Was unable to complete my couriers accept offer form with my chosen courier Good Fellas. The reason was that Shiply would not accept a collection post code 2.7 miles more than originally stated. I emailed Shiply for assistance but received no reply. I then spoke to Good Fellas direct and spoke to their customer service agent Joseph Todd who was excellent in resolving the problem quickly. Good Fellas overall service was excellent in keeping me informed from collection to delivery. Their price too was great value. Would recommend

Great experience from A to Z. Mateo was very responsive and communicative. He replied to my messages within minutes. The driver arrived at the exact time he said he would. He was friendly and efficient. Great move!
