“Can't find any information on the website regarding dead happy life insurance that they took over. Would be useful to have somewhere you can log in and check your policy”

But, we’d like to assure that nothing has changed in terms of your cover – your policy is still in place, the terms of your cover are still the same, and all valid claims will be paid. “I’ve had a policy on going for a number of years, and still got another 13 years to go until maturity. Sadly, aspects of it were missold at the time with regards to the surrender value, so the loss in closing it means its value is held in keeping it. But the big issue is that it keeps saying we are proud to announce we are paying a bonus to members. A bonus of 2%, I can get more than that in any other banking account in the UK. It seems a really poor investment vehicle to only pay 2%, given the same letter mentions that the market has went up and down but overall personable was strong; mainly up according to stock chart trends - banks up 100% in some cases over the last 5 years. And to pay out 2%, really?”
