Early days to ascertain whether Shepherds Friendly is worth more than 3 stars (this is based on ease of account opening and offer). I have just invested with them due to a very attractive offer that they gave me via Unison!! It remains to be seen whether their investment strategy is worth the money and brings in good gains!!!

Seem ok so far. Slightly better than other places I've had ISAs with. However, i moved to them for a cashback deal via topcashback and this has not been logged correctly and is currently delayed. Not sure it was worth the hassle.

I cancelled this the same day I took it out ~ I have had the confirmation of the cancellation and then everyday I get something in my in-box asking how I am enjoying this...I DON'T HAVE IT ~ Please stop!!63

All seems OK so far. Wish I had been told it was app based though as wouldn't have bothered. I don't like adding loads of apps to my phone.

Contacted their customer service team by phone call. Easy to reach to them. Advisor is nice and helpful. Downside is not clear enough information (for example fees / what exactly are investing) on the ISA account welcome back.

Really easy to set up and user friendly website. Good communication from customer services and easy to top up isa. Negatives are the mvr reduction and more clarity regarding when the annual bonus will be applied and how its calculated would be appreciated.

With regards to your experience of the application of a Market Value Reduction (MVR), please note that when you withdraw any money from your plan, we will calculate the value of the investments that you hold within the With-Profits Fund to ensure that you leave with your fair share. This may mean that: If you have been invested through periods of strong investment performance, you might get a final bonus, or; If you have been invested through periods of poor investment performance, and you leave the fund, you may get back less than the current value of your plan. Our investment products, such as the Stocks and Shares ISA, are invested in a diverse range of assets, including stocks and shares, property, gilts, bonds, and cash. The aim of this is to reduce risk to our members, while aiming to grow their investment over the medium to long-term. It seems a well-recommended policy but I would have liked to option to have it start after 12months and not 24.

Easy enough to set up. But: 1) would have preferred mailed policy rather than emailed docs. Couldn't find an option to arrange this. 2) would have preferred option to set up my own chosen Standing Order date, rather than having one imposed which I will need to change at a later date. Otherwise happy with policy.

Probably going to cancel the policy I applied through Quidco and should have had a £215 payment award to my Quidco account. It has not tracked @nd I have had to raise a claim. I am therefore not going to risk the payment not being awarded. Have read some negative reviews so have a couple of weeks to think about cancelling.
