“Really simple and straight forward process to set up. Lots of good information as I hadn't taken out a product before.”

“Seem ok so far. Slightly better than other places I've had ISAs with. However, i moved to them for a cashback deal via topcashback and this has not been logged correctly and is currently delayed. Not sure it was worth the hassle.”

“I had a retirement lump sum to invest and Shepherds Friendly offered the best fixed rate bond. The process was so simple on line I had no trouble at all in completing the forms and making the transfer. The only bit I got slightly anxious about was after I made the deposit I did not get an acknowledgment to say they had received the funds, however 2 days later I received my welcome pack with instructions and notification of my payment. I would confidently invest with Shepherds Friendly again.”
