“Only being able to communicate via the online portal was a pain, when I tried to call to ask about something I got stonewalled and told to use the portal. First draft of my survey was a joke - they'd clearly used a template but left in loads of 'template' stuff that wasn't accurate, which just showed that it hadn't even been proof read before submitting. The errors got fixed but it didn't reflect well.”
