“I was required to submit a RICS approved valuation report before i could place my shared equity house on the market. After research I used Shepherds for my house valuation report. I paid over £300.00 to get this done. The valuation from Shepherds was 20K LOWER than 3 other valuations received. I then had to fork out another £300 plus to use another RICS approved surveyor to get my valuation to the proper market value of my property.... I definitely wouldn’t recommend using this company with such a HUGE difference on valuations. As now I’m over £300.00 out of pocket and feel I’ve been completely ripped off!”

“The surveyor arrived on time and introduced himself on entering the property. He then took time out to give me an overview on what a Home Report entailed. He then proceeded to carry out the survey. On completion of the survey he further explained that a draft copy of the survey would be emailed to me for approval. I received the draft copy in a timely fashion. I made a couple of minor comments on the survey for consideration. These were again actioned in a timely fashion afterwhich I duly sent my approval. So all in all I was very impressed with the service that Shepherd Chartered Surveyors provided. And would have no hesitation in using their services in the future.”
