“From the start, contact with Shepherds was great. The office arranged the appointment very efficiently and with an excellent manner on the telephone. The surveyors contacted us on the day of survey and arrived at the agreed time. They carried out the survey in a respectful and professional manner and communicated with me throughout the process.
