“Shepherd Chartered Surveyors Review Having engaged the Property Hub to sell our property, your company was asked to undertake the Home Report. The expectation of the Agents was that the report would be available on the Thursday and, as everything was prepared, the property would be advertised on the Friday. The report did not materialise until too late on the Friday. As a result we missed the deadline and lost a week which was unfortunate and disappointing. In a separate email we were advised that our property may be in a Conservation Area. Looking at the map designating the local area, it showed that our property was not in a Conservation Area. As the property was just round the corner from your offices we would have expected that you would have had knowledge of the surrounding locality. Before emailing us we would have expected that the position of the property would have been clarified by you.”

“Olga and her assistant Helen arrived on time and were extremely professional and polite. Olga explained all the relevant details and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the Home Report. The only concern was that Sheherd's charges in my opinion were higher than other companies offering the same service.”

“I had the pleasure of meeting the Office staff and the Surveyor. They were exceptionally nice & knowledgeable. (This is not a process I was familiar with and they enabled and guided me.) I would most certainly recommend them and I would use them again.”
