“Speedy inspection and reporting. Tick box type report which gives a valuation but little else of benefit. Error made on parking space allocation and corrected when challenged without any apology or acknowledgement of the error This survey asks how quicklythey respond to queries. It was over 2 days for me but no option for this below. Choices of up to 12 hours, or over a week!”

“I can highly recommend Shepherds to carry out a home report, the surveyor took the time to ask about my home and all the work I had carried out he then provided a comprehensive home report that reflected his findings. Our surveyor was professional and explained the process fully,I have to say I would highly recommend this company an would definitely use them again!”
