“A lot of the items on the standard survey form are not checked as the surveyor lists that access was not possible or inspcetion was from ground level. Given the cost involved in the survey, I would expect a more thorough report. THis however seems the be the norm across teh industry.”

“You prepared a home report on my small one bed Edinburgh flat. This was instructed by Drummond Miller. Two things I’m not happy with. The home report was very generic and for a small property yet cost me £480. Is this good value for money ? I certainly don’t think so. Another thing in the home report you scored me down for my double glazed windows that were in good working condition. Our report said you didn’t even open them. How is this lower bark possible or acceptable? I’m not a happy customer and will bring this up with Drummond Miller.”
