“Great experience with Shepherd Surveyors, from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable surveyor arrived within the allotted time window and carried out my property survey thoroughly and professionally. Comprehensive details given on how to register for the 'online portal' to 'sign off' and access the completed survey. Wouldn't hesitate to use Shepherds again!”

“Surveyor was polite and friendly. Only drawback seemed to be a lack of referral to the online information I had provided prior to the survey. Which lead to one or two notes with lack of confirmation wrt any outstanding purchases on the property upgrades, ie Solar panels. Also no guarantees to the heating boiler? Which again I had provided a full service history, including the actual company which carries out the annual service. It was a pity the surveyor did not either refer to my online questionnaire, or indeed ask myself on the day, if he was in doubt wrt his queries. I hope this helps in regards to future communications between surveyors and clients.”
