“Guy was in and out in 5 minutes and took over £600. Didn’t even take his shoes off. I thought maybe he knows what he’s doing that’s why he was so quick but had to say to the estate agent that the value given on the home report was wrong/off/ less than expected. Another identical newbuild home was valued at £5000 more less than a year ago so they changed. Maybe that’s just the standard but I didn’t feel like it was a 5 star service for the price. Was done in the end though and I guess everyone needs to use Shepherd in Lanarkshire”

“Shepherd Chartered Surveyors Review Having engaged the Property Hub to sell our property, your company was asked to undertake the Home Report. The expectation of the Agents was that the report would be available on the Thursday and, as everything was prepared, the property would be advertised on the Friday. The report did not materialise until too late on the Friday. As a result we missed the deadline and lost a week which was unfortunate and disappointing. In a separate email we were advised that our property may be in a Conservation Area. Looking at the map designating the local area, it showed that our property was not in a Conservation Area. As the property was just round the corner from your offices we would have expected that you would have had knowledge of the surrounding locality. Before emailing us we would have expected that the position of the property would have been clarified by you.”
