“The surveyor, Mr Barry Reid, appears genuine, professional and efficient and we would have no hesitation in recommending Shepherd Chartered Surveyors to others. Once before, we had someone from another Company in Dundee who we found to be a bit offhand. We specifically asked for Mr Reid at Shepherds as we had thought about selling 7 years ago, and it was he who did the survey at that time. However, we changed our minds about selling but we remembered how courteous he was and asked for him again this time.”
