“Really impressed with the display of professionalism during our recent survey.Conversations were at minimum, whilst searches for the facts involving the state of the building , were at at a premium. Subsequent reporting was concise and so realistic, the experience overall was very comfortable and satisfactory.”

“I have worked with both the Kilmarnock and Dumfries branches and have always found the staff extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Surveys have always been arranged quickly and it has been easy to communicate both with both the staff in the office and the surveyor. We have found the surveyors to be honest and knowledgeable and were very happy with the reports received. I would definately use again and would recommend Shepherds.”
