“Shepherds allowed a total stranger with no knowledge of the property to fill in a questionnaire they were not asked to do. A HR has been produced. It took far too many emails to get an email address to contact for the person with only their first name along with the email address of another stranger. Total incompetence.”

“I feel that the survey I had done by Shepherds served neither party. I have questions about the survey and was told by the office that the surveyor would contact me but that did not happen. The survey was approved by someone in the office (by mistake they say) We sold a very similar flat this year, which had a slightly less favourable survey, not by much, but was given a value of £5000 more, whilst prices rise. Consistency needs to happen here as people’s ability to get a full mortgage depends on what the home report says.”
