“We were so happy and pleased with our recent survey with Shepherd's. Andrew Sinclair one of their surveyors came to our property and was so impressive. I have had a few surveyors over the years and I have never had one that was as friendly and thorough as he was. He explained every part of the process, and answered all of our queries and questions. He really went over and above what I have experienced in the past. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in a flash.”

“Arranged through my Agent but was booked and survey provided quickly. The portal they use to upload the reports is fantastic as you are kept informed of the process and can see the information and comment on it.”

“Surveyor blocked the road despite the driveway being empty and large enough for 5 cars resulting in blocked traffic and delivery driver having to carry heavy loads for a longer distance. Surveyor refused to take off shoes or wear protective cover, advising both were against Health & Safety. Yet, it seems unlikely considering any other trades uses blue bags and do much more hazardous jobs. Surveyor was rude and made it a very unpleasant experience.”
