“I recently opened an investment bond. I phoned three times and each time the phone is answered immediately and the person was professional and efficient. Megan was the person who actually took my phone application She was cheerful, friendly a.nd polite and very helpful. Sheffield Mutual is an excellent Mutual Society which I can wholeheartedly recomme”

“After many years the service has been impeccable I can only say any query however complicated has been met with patience and understanding. Above all with the care of the customer in mind. I recommend the society as highly as I can Beatrice Bartlett”

“I am always impressed by the way Sheffield Mutual deal with me. Always very professional,extremely polite and friendly,and give 100% service. “Emailed Sheffield Mutual regarding a new plan for a grandchild and within minutes Megan had contacted me by via email and phone and then took me through the new application which was set up within the hour. Very impressed with the service.”

“A couple of minutes on the phone is all it takes. Very friendly and efficient staff, and excellent product. (Tax Exempt Saving.) The newsletter refers to people cutting back on saving, and the point is well taken, but honestly would you miss a pint of beer and a sausage roll once a month? (And maybe not even that if inflation gets worse.) If further reason were needed, it's Tax Exempt - no offence to HMC&E, but -”

“I was looking for a savingsplan that i could pay into for my grandson. Sheffield Mutual website was easy to u derstand and i was easily able to find what i was looking for. The application process was easy. Sheffield Mutual kept me updated throughout and completion was really quick”

“First rate customer service and new plan started over the phone. I have several policies with Sheffield Mutual and their staff have always explained every thing I needed to know in great detail. As mutual society I think they are the best kept savings secret in the country.”

“Hello, I haven’t made any investments in a number of years, so today was a new start for me. Mr Cottenham was very professional and thorough, he checked my understanding of what was meant by the term Mutual to which I said I did and it was the reason I chose Sheffield Mutual. He also asked if I understood the type of product I was enquiring about and asked me if I would like him to explain it!? So I took the opportunity to have it explained professionally. I now feel more empowered, and much more comfortable choosing Sheffield Mutual Many Thanks”
