“Hello, I haven’t made any investments in a number of years, so today was a new start for me. Mr Cottenham was very professional and thorough, he checked my understanding of what was meant by the term Mutual to which I said I did and it was the reason I chose Sheffield Mutual. He also asked if I understood the type of product I was enquiring about and asked me if I would like him to explain it!? So I took the opportunity to have it explained professionally. I now feel more empowered, and much more comfortable choosing Sheffield Mutual Many Thanks”

“You made us feel very happy because we were able to speak to Paul a human being for a change normally have to hit buttons and wait ages in this case we were helped immediately with someone who was friendly and made us feel that they cared”

“I like the fact that I can phone Sheffield Mutual with questions about my account, queries about their products etc. They are always very patient and helpful, even when I have lots of questions that need answering. I opened an account with them because they are a Mutual, Friendly society, investing money ethically. They are always very clear and use plain English when answering questions and providing written information. They usually give a good bonus on my investment, and this was so even during and after the difficult pandemic times.”
