“I spoke to Dawn on reception who was friendly and helpful who then transferred my call to another Dawn in the commercial office. She listened to what I was asking for,gave me a list of options that were available. At NO time was I pressurised into making a decision on the options,the decision was all mine. Wow,how I wish we could have this wonderful attitude and care for 'customers' from all the people we deal with ! A big thank you to both Dawns for handling my call in a very professional friendly way,and I am more than happy with the investment choice I Have made”

“Returns on the low side compared to fixed rate bonds and ISA’s in the market place. Management charges high, customer service very good. Where it’s a good investment will depend on what the terminal bonus is at redemption. The current terminal bonus rates should be published along with the yearly bonus rates.”
