“The telephone was answered quickly by a very friendly and helpful person named Megan. I was made to feel welcome and was given all the information I needed. My questions were answered in a very polite and friendly way and it was clear that Megan knew her stuff and was friendly and helpful when discussing my requirements. This call reminded me of how things used to be. There were no call centre annoyances such as call queuing, auto-attendants giving long lists of options, or long waits listening to tedious music etc. Fantastic service!”

“Only just recently found out about Sheffield Mutual - was referred by a friend. I spoke to Megan at she was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional and explained everything to me regarding the policy that I was interested in. It was good to actually speak to a human being and not have to press this button, press that button and go through numerous lists to talk to someone one and there was no upselling of other products like you get when you speak with other agencies. I would highly recommend Sheffield Mutual for their friendly approach. Mo W”

“It was a very informative service when speaking with customer services regarding the different savings schemes and return on investment projections for a fixed period of time savings accounts. The brochure that is received through the post goes into each aspect of the benefits of having savings, and the emphasis the longer term investment planning for families and couples.”

“Called to chase up my childs trust fund details and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly over the phone to help with my queries. I also set up a new account with them as well and was given excellent advice, plus the whole process was very quick.
