I spoke to Dawn on reception who was friendly and helpful who then transferred my call to another Dawn in the commercial office. She listened to what I was asking for,gave me a list of options that were available. At NO time was I pressurised into making a decision on the options,the decision was all mine. Wow,how I wish we could have this wonderful attitude and care for 'customers' from all the people we deal with !
