“It was a pleasure to be dealt with by Emily the other day, she speaks so clearly with a down to earth and positive attitude. She was helpful without being overpowering. To me that is so important, as I hate being drawn into sales patter. Emily seemed happy to answer all my concerns and questions and I feel she is an Ambassador for Sheffield Mutual. I am sure you value her assets, as I would certainly recommend your organisation to friends and family, as a result of my telephone call”
