“Made a further investment with Sheffield MFS. Got straight through on the phone - no waiting time at all. As ever received great customer service. Team member I spoke to (Sam) was very friendly, professional and efficient. Told me all I needed to know and sorted everything out for me.”

“I rang SMFS to open a new tax exempt savings plan after my previous one had matured. I spoke to Emily who guided me smoothly through the process and answered all of my questions quickly and easily. She was professional and efficient, but also friendly and funny, which made the call much less of a chore than it seems to be when you call other financial institutions! It was all done without a hitch and I await my new plan and lovely £50 gift card! I have been with SMFS for many years and cant recommend them highly enough. Always top customer service and products. Keep up the good work!”

“My phone call was with Sam. He was very helpful and went through all my options for my investment. He would repeat anything I wasn't quite sure about. He showed me complete respect. I wasn't in any way pressurised into making a decision there and then. He gave me no advice as to which would be most beneficial. By him explaining each if my choices I knew which was for me. Thank you Sam.”

“I wanted to apply for an ISA product, and initially sent the society an email about it. The email was answered very promptly by Emily. The following day Emily called me, as I had requested, and took me through the application process over the phone. It was very efficiently handled, and everything was dealt with to my satisfaction. I was very impressed. Customer service at Sheffield Mutual is first class.”
