“Always easy to deal with, regardless of whether that is opening an account, closing an account of just general queries, they are always efficient, helpful and knowledgeable, unlike some other companies who are quick to take your money but have terrible customer service when you try to get it back. Highly recommend”

“Nick who I spoke to was very clear to understand, very friendly, I was concerned about dealing with anybody over the phone but he made the situation so easy that it gave me confidence in him, thank you”

“Sheffield Mutual, without doubt has to be one of the most effective and efficient organisation I have had the pleasure to deal with. I have been a member for some time and have many policies yet their speed with which they get back to you is simply brilliant. Only yesterday I requested a form via email and only minutes later Bev replied. They are friendly.and are extremely reliable with regards to investment returns. Thank you Sheffield Mutual.”

“Very easy to deal with. No delays answering telephone calls. I was put in contact with knowledgeable people with no pressure. Everything was explained to me in plain English without jargon. A pleasure to deal with.”

“I was dealt with a very helpful and friendly lady today when opening a child’s Isa for my son, it was quick and easy . She was clear when explaining the product I was interested in. I know I have made the right choice in trusting Sheffield mutual.”

“It is so refreshing to be able to contact a financial institution by telephone. The number is readily available and thus far in our dealings with them we have always been answered quickly by polite, helpful and very efficient staff. Thank you Sheffield Mutual!”

“A 5 star customer service, had a enquiry today, although did not give me the info I required, Megan did say to me she would get back to me & within 30 mins she got back to me. Excellent customer service. Sheffield Mutual have set a benchmark for customer service, where many other organisations have yet to reach!”
