“A cheerful individual Emily from the business development team phoned today, to let me know more about their products and left a message. I phoned back and Emily talked through all of their products on offer and answered my enquiry and the options of products on offer. This is most useful alongside the advice I get from my regular financial advisor.”

“It was a very informative service when speaking with customer services regarding the different savings schemes and return on investment projections for a fixed period of time savings accounts. The brochure that is received through the post goes into each aspect of the benefits of having savings, and the emphasis the longer term investment planning for families and couples.”

“Curtis answered the phone promptly, listened really well to my queries and gave me tailored, succinct but relevant information. “I have taken out three policies for grandchildren. Everything went very well, except when there was a problem with direct debit Sheffield Mutual asked me to solve, when the customer cannot set up direct debits as they are set up by the company. This took a great deal of time to sort.”
