“Helpful and friendly, but needed nudging a few times before my documentation was sent to me so that I could create an account and monitor my investments. Overall a good experience and a company I will invest with again.”

“The returns on fixed term bond is good and can have it in joint names.”

“I spoke to Sam Lee who helped me set up another 10 year bond and the process of my current bond maturing. He was so helpful and lovely to speak to, he made it feel so easy with making a big decision.”

“Did a 'friend referral' and Emily was very helpful dealing with the 'referral' and made the whole process opening an account simple and straightforward. Lovely happy attitude too! I have been with them for sometime so had no hesitation recommending them via the 'friend referral' scheme.”

“A cheerful individual Emily from the business development team phoned today, to let me know more about their products and left a message. I phoned back and Emily talked through all of their products on offer and answered my enquiry and the options of products on offer. This is most useful alongside the advice I get from my regular financial advisor.”

“It was a very informative service when speaking with customer services regarding the different savings schemes and return on investment projections for a fixed period of time savings accounts. The brochure that is received through the post goes into each aspect of the benefits of having savings, and the emphasis the longer term investment planning for families and couples.”
