“I am an established client of Sheffield Mutual Friendly Society. I contacted them about a maturity of a tax-eempt savings plan and reinvestment of the funds. All staff were helpful, positive and knowledgeable and the second lady (Megan) who I spoke to to deal with the reinvestment of funds was fully conversant with the relevent products and administration processes. Everything was explained clearly as you would expect from folk in Yorkshire. I have stuck with the Sheffield Mutual Friendly Society as they are very easy to deal with. You are not kept for long on the phone before someone answers your call. Paper work is easy to understand and complete.”
