“I have been a customer of Sheffield Mutual for many years. I am very happy with all aspects of the business. The service given to customers is second to none. I have confidence in the products, which have given good returns Today I was talking to Sam Lee who had a very good knowledge of the business. I am a very satisfied customer.”

“Sam Lee was lovely on the phone and was willing to offer as much information as possible. He made me feel comfortable and was very kind. Regarding banking, I think that Sheffield Mutual is a very fair society to join.”

“I met 1 of the staff who told me all about Sheffield Mutual. I had time to think about them & decided to join. I called in to the office as I prefer to do things face to face. It was easy & everything went fine. 👍”

“Just had a maturity payment for a 10 year Tax Exempt Savings Plan and taking into account the guarantees this plan offered I was very satisfied with the maturity value. I have now taken out a new plan with the assistance of Sam at Sheffield Mutual. Customer service is second to none at the member owned Sheffield Mutual.”
