“Everything was very straightfoward. The person I dealt with on the phone was extremely helpful (I've forgotten her name - I think it was Meghan). I also had to make a follow-up call to check your bank details, and again very helpful. My main feeling is that I was talking to real people - not my experience of other financial institutions I could name!”

“Recently had a 10 year savings plan mature and really pleased with the return. So much so the I’ve just taken out another … I appreciate it’s only for £25 per month but a nice surprise to get a telephone call from Sam to talk me through my options . Well explore other options as felt it was a very personal service.”
