“The service from head office was courteous and met our needs in terms of timing. The initial surveyor could have explored options more thoroughly and the fitter whilst efficient could have completed the frame in a more visually appealing manner.”

“Not very good "salesman" who was in a frantic hurry & rushed into something we might not have had. Didn't mention or offer many alternatives. The estimator/measurer was very good. The material arrived on time & the fitter was excellent. A Polish man who was thorough & a very neat & tidy worker..”

“An excellent all round job to fit the bedroom, high quality product and excellent fitter. Only disappointment was that when the bedroom was designed I specified one cupboard MUST house a camp bed. Although I was told this would be done, when it was finished and fitted the door sizes would not allow the bed to be housed. Perhaps the designer was too keen to get his commission on the job rather than make sure the customer requests were fulfilled. After saying that, the room is excellent and I'm pleased with what I have. Colin J Marsden, Dawlish, Devon”

“This was the second time we had used Sharps. Everything worked out well and we were perfectly satisfied. If there was a criticism, the fitter was not as tidy when he finished as the first time !”

“I dont know who sharps are paying to write all these fantastic reviews but they must be giving them a tidy amount. I wouldn't recommend these cowboys, if my life depended on it. It has been a disaster from the word GO. Their customer service is non existent, Their designers are rubbish, The surveyors dont know what they are on about, and the fitters are a disgrace. Once they have your money, you are treated so bad, its indescribable. So much for a 3 week turnaround. We are in the 5th week, and all we have to show for £3000, is some lengths of timber stacked against our bedroom wall and no sign of them returning to assemble it and fit it. The delivery driver broke a Glass door, and we cant get them to send us a replacement. The fitter broke a light fitting and our hoover. The list is endless. We are now getting so stressed with christmas looming and dont know what to do next. So if anyone is thinking about using them , my advice is DONT. Be warned.”

“We are really pleased with the whole experience with Sharps, from the moment we walked into the show area to the finished job. We hadn't actually intended to go ahead with any work, however the quality of the furniture and the knowledge of the sales lady were just what we wanted so we asked for a visit from the designer. This was a truly lovely experience, the gentleman who called was very helpful with suggestions and planning our built in study furniture. We ordered our requirements, we were given an option of dates to suit our needs, these were met, the fitter was very neat and tidy and made a superb job. We are so very happy with our furniture and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Excellent design service - the brochure has a handy list at the back where you can make a note of what clothes, shoes etc you have to put in the wardrobe. This was really helpful when deciding on the overall layout of the wardrobes. The delivery and fitting service wasn't as efficient. It appears there was a lack of communication somewhere, however after several phone calls the dates for the delivery and installation were agreed. The installation was very quick and efficient -overall I am very happy with the quality of the wardrobes and they look great. Lynn McKinlay, Glasgow”

“Very efficient service. Sharps deigned and fitted out our office / bedroom using bedroom fittings ranges, but made it a perfect office space. I am very pleased. The quality of the furnishings is excellent and the workmanship was also excellent.”

“Right from the start we were pleased with the service. We met 'Chris' in the Guildford Homebase Sharps Showroom. She gave us lots of useful information. We were reasonably pleased with the quotes we received and very pleased with the rooms we had done. Special mention must go to 'Lee' who fitted both rooms, he was EXCELLENT, quick, tidy, thorough and very polite. We would happily recommend Sharps. Edward and Sarah Rawlins, East Horsley, Surrey. “Sharps provided an excellent service from start to finish. The planner was polite and not pushy, as was the surveyor. The delivery came on time and the fitter was here as promised. We have had two bedrooms installed now and we are happy with both and the quality of the product. Would strongly recommend Sharps to anyone. Lorraine White Cambridgeshire”

“We have had three wardrobes fitted by sharps to date and are delighted with all of them. The designer, the surveyor and also the fitters were very polite, efficient and tidy. The only negative I have is that the surplus wood was left outside my front door and because we have a 4 x 4 vehicle we had to get a permit to dump this rubbish at the tip which was very inconvenient. Apart from this negative I would recommend Sharps with confidence. Mrs Bennett”

“The initial consultation was good, the delivery men were great and the fitter was excellent and we now have a beautiful walk in wardobe which we are very very happy with. On a negative side, I was unimpressed with the surveyor sitting on my bed without asking first. Might seem a strange moan but I felt uncomfortable about it. Also we were left with so much surplus wood, about a 3rd of what was originally delivered that It has left me wondering if the amount that we paid was too much. Gill”
