“Prompt reply to our initial enquiry. This was followed by a visit to our home. The designer planned the room with us. He talked us through all of the options and gave us an excellent price. The work was completed over two days as promised. Every step of the way we were kept informed. The craftsmanship is excellent. I am thrilled with my new bedroom.”

“From the initial visit right through to installation and final inspection the service we received from Sharps could not be improved on. We had some work done in another bedroom several years ago which we were very happy with and I'm glad to say that the quality of the service has remained extremely high. We would have no hesitation in using Sharps again in the future.”

“The design process was thorough and every aspect of the fitted furniture was considered and discussed, nothing was left to chance. The office staff were very supportive and we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. Best of all the were the fitters who were very professional, clean and tidy and because of the planning that had gone into the job, the furniture fitted perfectly so the fitting process took far less time than we had imagined. The finished result is even better than we had hoped. AS”

“Once the money is taken, they just can't meet their promises. The design and delivery were both great, everything seemed great until the money is taken on delivery. The installation became a nightmare. Have been cancelled three times on the day of the fitting, the fitter is either disappeared, sick, or can't make it for continuous three times! And the wardrobe is still not fitted. I am not faithful they will come again on time. The room has been left empty as required for over a week, and I had to pile everything aside just to wait for the rediculous fitter to come.”

“The worst company I have every dealt with. 3 months after ordering we are still awaiting a wardrobe. There has been complications every step of the way for a small bedroom wardrobe. If you do decide to go with them just be careful how much money you give them upfront. They do not refund or offer compensation. Read their Facebook page comments or Twitter for a better insight to what they are like as unfortunately I am not alone.”

“The design meeting I had with Sharps was a complete disappointment. I had a design in mind which makes optimal use of the space, but against my design Sharps had too many 'can't do's' - number of drawers, height of doors, etc. So they were try to sell me a flat packed MDF wardrobe for a premium price. For the 4,000 pounds it was going to cost me, I'd rather spend another grand and get it bespoke made.”

“Every element of the process was good. Not too much pressure from the salesman, who knew his stuff. Some inconvenience when I had take a day off for the fitting and they sent a fitter who didn't know how to fit our particularly type of sliding door, but redeemed themselves by the right person then coming and doing the whole lot in a day. Quality is superb and so worth the money even if it might seem expensive at the beginning. I would use Sharps again if I needed something else.”

“Satisfied with wardrobes although , I had to get fitter back because doors dropped and a few screws were missing on the hanging rails . Wardrobes were fitted on outside wall , nobody from Sharps advised me that I could have a problem with mould ! I am unable to keep anything in the bottom of my wardrobe as it goes mouldy !”

“I had a bedroom wardrobe fitted and I am very pleased with it. Only slight comment is the need to be at home to receive the materials meaning I had to take an extra morning off work as there was an insistence on it being delivered to the very room that the fitter was going to install the wardrobe in later that week”

“1/At the original meeting with Sharps in Homebase ,Carlisle when the Designer appointment was made we were led to believe that we would receive some Sharp hangers upon installation .None have been delivered. 2/No guarantee with our paperwork 3/ Lack of idea/guidance of potential cost at the outset 4/Disappointed to be told at the surveyor stage that the colour we had chosen - white (to match our existing bedroom furniture)was not available had to choose another finish 5/Although working in a confined space more detailed inspection revealed marks on a newly painted wall and a chip on the door surround 6/Top of one of the wardrobe sides does not have the finishing strip over it. Overall Designer - excellent , Surveyor - good, Delivery -excellent. Planning -good,Installer - good, Lots of small niggly mistakes which turns an excellent service into a good service All the above were sent in on our original "Tell us what YOU think of us" survey with no reply receive!!!!!!!! Tell us what you think”

“We had our bedroom completely fitted out by Sharps as we needed maximum storage space in a long narrow bedroom with a window at each end. We were very happy with every aspect of Sharp 's service, from the excellent planner, the skilled bedroom fitter and the follow up service, ensuring we were completely happy with our bedroom, which we were. It was very well fitted, in quality materials and was everything we wanted.”
