“Our shaps installation was done on time, tidily and was well fitted. However, having chosen beautiful white doors, pallisters and lovely metal effect handles, we were disappointed that the filler boards and side and end pieces were not a good colour match for the white of the doors and were a different finish and texture.”

“Please with wardrobes, but customer service definitely needs looking at. Wardrobes not delivered when requested. Fitter was brilliant, which always seems to be the case and yet again saves the day for Sharps C. Davies”

“I found the quality of workmanship to be of the highest level. the 2nd fitter we had to finish off the bedroom was very amicable, but the first fitter was very ill mannered, and did not return on the second day of the installation so a 2nd fitter was sent to finish the job. The only complaint that I had with Sharps was that they did not remove any of their rubbish, and we were out on the day of completion but we had our builder on site and he asked the fitter why he was not taking the rubbish, and he stated it was not his job to do that. It took 3 phone calls to your "customer services" to get the rubbish removed, not good in my opinion”

“What can I say....simply brilliant. i am really really pleased with my fantastic wardrobes, they are well worth the money and I would strongly recommend anyone to take a closer look at Sharps if they are considering fitted wardrobes. Yes they are expensive but sometimes it it worth paying a little extra to get a superb quality product which comes with a long guarantee. The made to measure feature means that I got maximum storage space with the floor to ceiling fit. Not many places offer that service. My only disappointment is that I expected the wardrobes would come with soft close doors, it maybe was a feature I could have paid extra for but I assumed it would be as standard when Im paying a high price. Otherwise brilliant.”

“Good service, although initial planning visits were VERY lengthy !! Slight damage to internal bedroom door on delivery but this was quickly sorted out by Sharps/delivery company. Fitter was very professional and I am very pleased with the end result.”

“Brilliant Service from planning to installation. I had to delay installation from the date estimated, it was not problem for Sharps, they fitted the bedrooms when convenient to me. Would highly recommend. Tonbridge 32”

“The wardrobe we have had fitted is excellent and looks fantastic.The workmanship and quality are very good. We were very pleased from the start. The shop, the sales lady who came out to ,measure and give us a quote and the fitter were all excellent, and we are very pleased with the end result. We would certainly recommend sharps”

“Finished product very pleased with workmanship excellent however did have problems initially with disagreement between surveyor who measured up and supplier (designer) who said it could not be installed ! Took a number of calls to sort and missed a number of appointments not impressed with internal communications and felt I wasn't kept in picture ! Finished product very happy with !”

“We recently had wardrobes fitted by Sharps in our loft conversion. We were very impressed with the service at every stage of the process. We were given helpful advice from the designer and surveyor. We were then pleasently surprised by how quickly they were delivered and how professional the delivery team were. The wardrobes were fitted by a lovely man who kept us informed at each stage of the fitting to ensure everything was where we wanted it. He left the room tidy and bagged all rubbish ready for disposal. We were averall very happy with the service and the wardrobes have transformed our room. Tanya”
