“Love my wardrobes and draw units, however when they were fitted the middle part of the unit was not right it should have been a shelving unit but was draws. The fitter did not question this he just continued to put together and seal to the wall, even though this clearly was not correct. I was disappointed the fitter did not question this with either me or sharps it felt like he just wanted to get the job done and was not that bothered if it was right or not. In the end the situation as resolved after a number of phone calls to customer services. The overall produce is great and I could not be happier, I would just suggest you’re around during the fitting of the furniture and don’t just leave them too it as I did.”

“We are very pleased with the fitted wardrobes recently installed, the lady in the showroom was very helpful, the fitter was prompt and quick and his workmanship was excellent quality, I only wish we could have had the same service from the admin side re payment, the staff were polite but due to someone taking down the wrong card details on two occasions it resulted in my wife's card being cancelled thus causing great inconvenience waiting for a new card to be delivered, I hope other customers do not experience this in the future, Others happy with sharps Rod harrison”

“Apart from having to reschedule the fitting date at very short notice because of fitter illness, the installation was well performed and we are very pleased with the result. The one area where the overall process could have been improved was the whole linking between designer, surveyor and fitter. We had to make changes as a result of the surveyor visit which then resulted in the designer having to come back followed by the surveyor again. And even then, the fitter spotted an issue which caused an additional recycle, delaying the fitting for a day.”

“The dressing room was planned and fitted out expertly. It gave us everything we asked for and the fitter even gave us an additional top shelf with the materials left over. But, oh the mess after! Slightly spoiled a really excellent job. We would recommend Sharps and their excellent service but remind them to please clean and clear up after they have finished.”

“Initial estimator and detailed surveyer were good, but the installation operative Jamie Liston was brilliant. He was punctual, courteous, very clean and tidy whilst working, and left us with a fully functioning, and elegant wardrobe fitment. We have already recommended your company to friends and neighbours, and will continue to do so. Brian and Pat Sharman”

“We were very pleased with the whole service. The designers listened to our requirements and made helpful suggestions. The installer went out of his way to complete the job professionally and to our satisfaction, and the finished bedroom is excellent. We love it!”

“The whole process from enquiry to installation was easy. The product is excellent. Customer Service following installation has been professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the designer, who has now left the company was not fully aware of his product. Consequently, we have been appropriately compensated for his error. This process was hassle-free. We would use Sharps again. John Davey”

Unfortunately, the designer, who has now left the company was not fully aware of his product leaving us slightly disappointed. However, Sharps was keen to facilitate a successful contract and provided appropriate hassle-free compensation. We would use Sharps again.”

“The calls made to Sharps were dealt with quickly and courteously. The first appointment was made and the salesman arrived on time and was polite and efficient. The plan drawn at this visit allowed us to visualize what we would end up with which was good. The price was negotiated down and arrangements were made to fit. The parts were delivered as agreed. the fitter was great and that he should be done in a day although Sharps had stated allow 2 days. However he did state that some parts were not required and that some were missing. He called the office and arrangements were made for them to be delivered the next day but the fitter then said that he had been booked into another job for the following day. Not happy but he sorted it so he could finish the job. He did a neat tidy job and left all the rubbish outside which was collected within a couple of days. Having filled the shelves etc we now feel that the shelves could have been designed round a protrusion in the wall a bit betted as there is now a small almost unusable space but we are very pleased with the overall job.”

“Very satisfied, the installer was excellent we just left him to his own devices only supplied him with regular cups of tea, He tidied up every night, and made hardly any mess at all. The final result was better than we expected, great job. Mr & Mrs C. M. Harrison”

“Im very happy with the final result of my bedroom furniture from Sharps. Joiners have been punctual, efficient and tidy. My only complaint wont apply to 75% of the country but because I live in the north of Scotland it can take weeks - months for the initial appointment to take place. To have only one person covering such a large area and the job geting started 6 months after first phone enquiry is a bit longer than Id expect. Still happy overall though. If you live central Scotland or rest of Uk I do recommend. Mrs E Guidi”

“The designer designed me a corner unit was happy with drawing,but surveyor came round and explained it wasnt going to work as the designer meauserd with double bed but mines a kingsize...after the drawing and meauserments were done again it was perfect .sharps gave me discount for the inconviniance.it was built in a day. 4 months on my doors not shuting but called sharps an there sending someone round. “Sharps designed and installed the furniture in my study in August 2013. It was designed to my specification by good professional people with the minimum of fuss. I am more than pleased with the final result. I was never pressurised at any time and everything was discussed and agreed. For the installation, they also got it right first time - I did not have to call them back for any snagging items. I would use them again for any future work. J Hunter 7 Dec 2013”
