I love my new vinyl cream wardrobes and think the fitter did a fabulous job even though the surveyor got the sizes wrong from his initial visit! The only one downside is that one of the wardrobes doors is slightly coming off the hinge which my partner fixes every few months. Other than that, my wardrobes are lovely. Thank you!

We wanted a bedroom fitted within a certain time frame and sharps were able to deliver. the quality is ok for the price but would have liked and expected soft close wardrobes to which the reply was they did not fit them on this range. Soft close should be standard across the range! Follow up poor little to no response

We have used Sharps in the past with no problems, but this time it has been error after error. Our shelving was delivered, when the fitter came he found damaged pieces. New pieces were ordered the fitter arrived and said he couldn't do the job as he he no idea how to do it. Eventually a good week later a fitter arrived and made a good job. We then asked for an additional shelf to be fitted, we told the office we needed the fitter to bring the four brackets needed (we had the shelf). We were told 2pm he arrived at 4.30 but had no brackets so could do nothing. The office rang today and I have to wait another week for a fitter. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very pleased with our new fitted wardrobe and the efficiency with which it was fitted. We do feel it would be helpful if Sharps were able to provide a service to remove old wardrobes. As it happens, the surveyor that visited us did suggest a private contractor who was excellent, so it wasn't a problem. Only minor quibble was with the call centre, who tried to pressurise us to have the wardrobe fitted at an early date than we wanted, apparently to achieve sales targets. We did try to point out that we couldn't have a new wardrobe fitted until the old one was removed!

From start to finish Sharps provided an excellent service. We were particularly impressed with the fitter who liaised with us during installation. He was professional, amiable and a very tidy worker. We are pleased with our stylish new look bedroom and have no hesitation in recommending Sharps.

The wardrobe looks very nice from the outside and the doors are of good quality, as is the internal chest of drawers. The other internal finishes however are not quite as good, the shelving is made of chipboard and where this has been cut, some of the edges are rough. It would have been good if these could have been sealed with filler or another sealant to give a nicer finish. We did not overly appreciate the "performance" in relation to pricing the job which started with a potential cost price almost twice what we actually paid before, ending up somewhere around the price we were envisaging having looked at other prices on the internet. Given the information available on the internet I'm not sure there are too many people who would be influenced by this - better to get to the point quicker as opposed to applying "discounts" to an initially over inflated price. Out of three fitted bedroom companies invited to bid for our custom, Sharps were the only firm that arrived for their appointment on time. The sales representative then added considerable value to the design discussion and we finished up with a bedroom which provided all that we were hoping for. Sharp's have something of a reputation for pushing sales of more expensive doors and accessories but our designer discouraged inappropriate items and even advised a cheaper door than our original selection. His basis was functionality, not price. The fitting went well even though the fitter did leave a lot of detritus under the drawer units where he thought we would not find it! After fitting we discovered a small chip on the work surface of one unit, Sharps replaced it with a week. Overall a very good experience.

Love my wardrobes and draw units, however when they were fitted the middle part of the unit was not right it should have been a shelving unit but was draws. The fitter did not question this he just continued to put together and seal to the wall, even though this clearly was not correct. I was disappointed the fitter did not question this with either me or sharps it felt like he just wanted to get the job done and was not that bothered if it was right or not. In the end the situation as resolved after a number of phone calls to customer services. The overall produce is great and I could not be happier, I would just suggest you’re around during the fitting of the furniture and don’t just leave them too it as I did. E Buck

We are very pleased with the fitted wardrobes recently installed, the lady in the showroom was very helpful, the fitter was prompt and quick and his workmanship was excellent quality, I only wish we could have had the same service from the admin side re payment, the staff were polite but due to someone taking down the wrong card details on two occasions it resulted in my wife's card being cancelled thus causing great inconvenience waiting for a new card to be delivered, I hope other customers do not experience this in the future, Others happy with sharps Rod harrison

Apart from having to reschedule the fitting date at very short notice because of fitter illness, the installation was well performed and we are very pleased with the result. The one area where the overall process could have been improved was the whole linking between designer, surveyor and fitter. We had to make changes as a result of the surveyor visit which then resulted in the designer having to come back followed by the surveyor again. And even then, the fitter spotted an issue which caused an additional recycle, delaying the fitting for a day.

The dressing room was planned and fitted out expertly. It gave us everything we asked for and the fitter even gave us an additional top shelf with the materials left over. But, oh the mess after! Slightly spoiled a really excellent job. We would recommend Sharps and their excellent service but remind them to please clean and clear up after they have finished.

Initial estimator and detailed surveyer were good, but the installation operative Jamie Liston was brilliant. He was punctual, courteous, very clean and tidy whilst working, and left us with a fully functioning, and elegant wardrobe fitment. Sharps in Norwich are fantastic. I had 3 quotes and Sharps were the only company that sat with me and asked what I wanted and needed. Then gave me a quote there and then Everyone was so helpful and the seep of the service was excellent-thank you Fiona Bass Norwich.

We were very pleased with the whole service. The designers listened to our requirements and made helpful suggestions. The installer went out of his way to complete the job professionally and to our satisfaction, and the finished bedroom is excellent. We love it!
