“We had Sharps fit a study for us 20 years ago and such was the quality of the fit, it proved to be an excellent selling point when we moved house last summer! When we moved into our new home, there was no doubt that we were going to use Sharps again to fit our bedroom furniture. We had excellent service from start to finish; the designer listened to our ideas and made some useful suggestions; the plans were drawn up and dates were adhered to. The fitter was fabulous! He did a beautiful job and left the room clean and tidy at the end of each day. We're absolutely delighted with the finished bedroom and it makes such a difference having all the space being used! Thank you.”

“Incredible service from start to finish. The first design appointment wasn't onerous just long enough as required for the designer to understand exactly what you needed. The whole process was very simple and we are incredibly happy with our finished product. We have lots more space now and all our guests think it looks great. Thanks so much.”

“Very professional from start to finish. Designer was local and friendly and the fitter was very good indeed! Although his previous job over run by 1/2 a day he actually worked well into the evening to catch up. Could not fault his workmanship at all. Very happy with end product and have already recommended Sharps to some friends wanting to do something similar to us”

“The whole process was friendly and not 'pushy'. The sales lady was very nice and friendly. The delivery man went out of his way to place things where they would not be in the way for my disabled partner. The fitter worked quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant. The finished wardrobes are lovely. Good value”

“Right from placing the order, Sharpes treated us very well. They communicated at every part of the procedure. The goods were delivered when they said they would be, the fitter came on the day promised. The quality of the goods are excellent and the fitter (with 30 years' + experience) was not to be faulted. As we were so pleased with the first order, a bedroom fitted, we had an office fitted a month later, which we couldn't fault.”

“Poor quality materials, poor quality customer services, external fitters. They build all the wardrobe inside, they don´t move your furniture, they don´t clean after. If they don´t have space to build the wardrobe they will told you after you pay 90% without return and after they deliver the materials. The fitters are external workers and they have very poor communication with the factory. It took them two months to finish the wardrobe (when they told me it will take 2 days). The people in the phone where rude and put silly excuses instead of taking responsibility. At the end, after they have to come to my house 20 times, because the materials where completely wrong the compensation was just minimal and ridiculous. Don´t uses this company if you have heart problems.”

“Firstly the delivery men didn't put down plastic sheeting as promised, but walked all over the carpets in muddy boots. Then on the day of assembly nobody turned up. No explanation was given, only an apology and an offer to rearrange another date.”

“From my very first phone call I was treated as a valued customer even tho my order wasn't a very big one. Everyone involved in the process of building my wardrobes was professional, polite & precise, which meant I got exactly what I wanted with minimum disruption and superb craftsmanship. The attention to detail was 10 out of 10, I'm very happy!”

“Excellent service from both the designer and the fitters. The designer spent plenty of time going through the various options and showing us how the bedroom would look with our chosen design. The fitters did an excellent job and we are very happy with the end result. The product is quite expensive however it suits our needs perfectly.”

“Delighted with the planning, service and fitting. Very helpful planning consultant, great surveyor post order who double checked everything with us and so the fitting went entirely to plan. The fitter was excellent, finishing on time and the wardrobes look superb. Very happy and I would recommend them if you are considering a fitted bedroom.”

“Warning. Check on how bespoke your needs are! They are a very limited bespoke company. Apparently they can not help with the additional bespoke cabinet we requested. Their product and manufacturing facility is not geared up to make one off bespoke items such as this. (See photo) I am at a loss to see the complexity of our request! Oh yes, and check your invoice, they got the amount wrong, twice! Also check your delivery, ours were scratched as they were unwrapped. I could go on......”

“We have had 3 orders with Sharps and are very happy with the results. We liked the delivery of goods the day before and put into the relevant rooms so the fitter can start straight away. My only comment is the last fitter kept stopping for cigarette breaks and talking about his personal problems which meant he had to come back for a further half day, also he wasn't knowledgeable about the laundry basket and I still don't know if it's supposed to be a soft close or not, the fitter left it as not! Apart from that I would highly recommend Sharps.”

“Sharps built a new study for us. We are thrilled with it. From the initial meeting with the designer to the completed study, everything worked perfectly. The design is excellent, the space was utilised very well and the installer was a pleasure to have around! I would thoroughly recommend Sharps. This is the second project they have done for us.”
