We wish we had read the reviews before we bought our sharps bedroom wardrobes if we had we would never have had them installed. A lot of the reviews are a mirror image of our bad experience.ie poor quality materials, shabby workmanship. Our doors do not line up, nor do they close properly, we now a very loud sqeeking noise with one of the doors and sawdust on the bottom of the wardrobe where the hinge has worked its way loose, they had only been refitted in April. I have phoned up customer services again and we are waiting,!!!

I am very pleased with my wardrobe,side draws and dressing table , they have been put together well and has made my bedroom look much smarter. The fitter who came out to me Christ Moody was professional, polite and has done a great job.

From the beginning I felt that the customer service given to me was very good and not pushy. The fitter (Jason Lock) arrived on time and worked until the job was finished on the same day. I was very pleased with this and the standard of the work was excellent. He also cleaned up afterwards and the room was left tidy. The rubbish collectors called the following day. Wardrobes fitted to a very high standard. Fitter was polite,considerate and worked very efficiently and left the room beautifully clean despite giving up his weekend to fit them. There was some delay getting a surveyors visit but overall the experience was worthwhile and I am pleased with the result.

We chose Sharps over another company because their fit date suited our schedule, in the end the fit date was moved three times to an eventual date a week and a half later. Flowers by way of an apology was a nice touch but didn't really compensate for the inconvenience. The product fits our unusual space well and the fitter was polite, courteous and tidy.

we had two separate rooms fitted on different dates. The wrong furniture was delivered initially. replacements were not delivered as promised. I wasted 5 days of annual leave trying to have it sorted in total

I am absolutely disappointed with the overall level of service and workmanship that I have received from sharps. My life was totally disrupted for over 11 weeks for a job which was promised to be completed in 3 days. The fitter put in damaged panels knowingly, joins on view although there was more then enough panels over so as no joins would be visible, in fact I have enough panels to fit another bedroom . 3 times further panels were sent, one was worse than the first. Untruths were told by staff which resulted in delays. I had saved long and hard for something that I was expecting, a perfect bedroom, how wrong. This experience has taken any joy that I was looking for. If you are prepared to have your house disrupted go for for sharps. I felt short changed. Over 2 days I spoke to 9 different people to explain my problems with no outcome as all on courses. !!!,, On eventual completion a demand for settlement was expected. Although I explained I had to go to the bank, even on a Sunday lunchtime money was called for. Some people have no respect for a day of sabbath. I felt harassed . Just 1 day on completion money was demanded the fact it was a Sunday the company had no respect. Even though I was expected to wait 11 weeks

We had the lovely David Lockwood installing our wardrobes he rang the night before to check our location he arrived very bright and early full of enthusiasm he got on with his work very professionally everything done to a very high standard we are highly delighted with his work made very difficult by our very old house with very strange dimensions Thank you David you did good.

Have used sharps before and was pleased both times, very pleased with end product. Fitter worked very hard did'nt even have a lunch break! Everything left clean and tidy. Would recommend, service from start to finish excellent. Mrs. H Moss

Overall reliability poor Design poor ended up doing it ourselves as we had paid first instalment After sales service none existent An experience not to be repeated If possible avoid at any cost Better off with bob the builder

Excellent quality and fitting with a cheerful fitter. My only criticism is insufficient information regarding prior delivery of stock, payment arrangements to delivery men and fitters. Salesman did not explain any if this and it caused problems with our required fitting dates. Overal very satisfied.

I am 100% satisfied with my wardrobe and the fitting was smooth sailing. I Love my wardrobe. Such a space saver and I still have loads of room left in the wardrobe to fill!

Having had a small windfall, the wife talked me into getting new fitted wardrobes. Initially all went ok. The salesperson was pleasant, talking up the quality of product and service, and had some ideas for design etc. Agreed a price and booked a day for them to start. They insisted the bedroom was completely cleared, so spent ages moving furniture, clothes and a large bed out the afternoon before. 5pm we got a call saying fitter can't come tomorrow cos he's overrunning by 2 days. Why he suddenly found this out at 5pm we're not sure, but Sharps said they'd try and get someone asap, possibly at the weekend. We ended up sleeping on floors and sofas for 6 days, until a fitter appeared, unannounced, one lunch time (only by luck I was in). Totally disorganised service which left us angry, tired and fed up with the whole company. And for the price, not top quality, only MDF. And they even left the drive full of rubbish 'cos they don't take rubbish away'. Took me 2 trips to the dump in a large hatch back, seats down.

The overall service was excellent. Our installer (Russell) was very polite, courteous and professional. He made sure that it looked just right. Our salesperson (David) was great as well - a credit to your company. Tony and Melissa Oshungbure

Ours was a new extension bedroom , fitter treated it like a construction site not a finished quality home . Power tools had no dust/shaving collection devices on ,so material was free to go everywhere , we had to clean the walls down after fitter finished including newly fitted window blinds . Fitter was very quick to leave when completed task , discussing or reviewing his work with the client , we had to stop him speeding away to change one of the hinges as we noticed it was broken .. overall average service , would not recommend on this performance .

overall the service was good, designer was excellent, fitter very good but could not believe only one fitter to fit fitted bedroom. he did not clean up afterwards and left all the boxes behind i feel these should have been taken away, also the fitted wardrobe had no back so it was my wall paper inside i feel for the money i have paid this should have had panels inside very disappointed as i was never told it was going to be my wall paper inside the wardrobe. this spoils my experience because everything is well made ,well designed and fitted. if all of the above was sorted i would have reviewed excellent.

Very good service. All deadlines met. Installed to a high standard and very pleased with the results. Had a problem with one of the wardrobe doors which was dealt with efficiently and replaced without any issue. Have used Sharps in past and will always be my first choice for bedroom furniture.
