“We are delighted with our new wardrobes.Our customer service and attention to meet our needs was very good.Chris Moody the fitter was excellent.His attention to detail,his time efficiency and skilled workmanship has ensured we are pleased with the end result.Sharps are very fortunate to have such a skilled and efficient fitter.”

“Poor Poor Poor can not trust what they say to you; no customer service they do what they want when they want and make you out to be a liar. Units have to be put in a certain place whether it suits the customer or not. Very disappointed with the way they treat customers - more people should complain.”

“Sharps responded quickly to my online enquiry and offered an initial meeting with the designer about a week later. Within three weeks the designer had been, the surveyor, the materials were delivered and the bedroom had been fitted. All of the Sharps staff that I had contact with were friendly, polite, and able to listen to my needs and preferences. I would however, say that the design measurements did change from designer to surveyor and this was because the furniture is not as bespoke as Sharps would have you believe, and the wardrobe doors became much smaller, which actually meant the items the designer had measured were not actually able to fit into the finished product; hence my storage needs were NOT met. The bedroom furniture looks amazing and has certainly improved my quality of life, but, I have had to get creative to make the best use of the space which the furniture has provided as it is not usable in the ways which I anticipated. In my opinion it was an expensive outlay which I was only prepared to pay as the service was so quick and efficient. Sharps are not so competitive as other companies that would have offered interest free credit. I may have bought more items if Sharps could offer interest free credit. As I paid the amount in full, I have pushed myself financially.”

“I found the entire process drawn out, visit a shop, no prices given or indication, Designer visits - Prices higher than expected, Surveyor booked, Delivery date, Fitting days. Why the shop cant supply indication of price, or why a designer cannot provide survey quality designs is beyond me. 2 days for installation. The number of hours taken would have been 1 good day. I found it time consuming, and Sharps list of demands for install really put me off.”

“Sharps allegedly provides 'bespoke' furniture. You can take 'bespoke' as in 'what is standard available'. what you would like to have tailormade to your situation, they do not make the extra effort to make available. But the price you pay, is the price for tailormade. Aside from that, they delivered all panels (not even all the right ones) and material but didn't bother to come and fit it for another 13 days. If only they were as aggressive in getting the job done as in getting your money, things might improve. Absolutely never again!”

“Very efficient. Carl was lovely. He fitted everything beautifully. All tidied up afterwards. Perhaps could have had a better visualization during planning - we may have chosen to have a curtain recess on both sides of the window then.”

“We wish we had read the reviews before we bought our sharps bedroom wardrobes if we had we would never have had them installed. A lot of the reviews are a mirror image of our bad experience.ie poor quality materials, shabby workmanship. Our doors do not line up, nor do they close properly, we now a very loud sqeeking noise with one of the doors and sawdust on the bottom of the wardrobe where the hinge has worked its way loose, they had only been refitted in April. I have phoned up customer services again and we are waiting,!!!”

“From the beginning I felt that the customer service given to me was very good and not pushy. The fitter (Jason Lock) arrived on time and worked until the job was finished on the same day. I was very pleased with this and the standard of the work was excellent. He also cleaned up afterwards and the room was left tidy. The rubbish collectors called the following day. “Wardrobes fitted to a very high standard. Fitter was polite,considerate and worked very efficiently and left the room beautifully clean despite giving up his weekend to fit them. There was some delay getting a surveyors visit but overall the experience was worthwhile and I am pleased with the result.”

“We chose Sharps over another company because their fit date suited our schedule, in the end the fit date was moved three times to an eventual date a week and a half later. Flowers by way of an apology was a nice touch but didn't really compensate for the inconvenience. The product fits our unusual space well and the fitter was polite, courteous and tidy.”
