“Excellent service all the way through the process.Polite professional staff. What I was promised I received to the timetable agreed. The workmanship is to an excellent standard. A terrific team altogether. I would be very happy to recommend Sharps to anyone.”

“We received excellent service from Sharps right through from the initial planning to fitting. All staff that we had contact with were very friendly and professional. The materials used in the fitting of the wardrobes was of a high standard. We would not hesitate in recommending Sharps. Pauline Lock”

“Fitter excellent, designer over-optimistic, planning department pleasant and helpful but really messed us up on the fitting date. We were not told that the date was cancelled. We got up at 6.00 am (to drive 60 miles to the house where the work was to be done). At 10.00 we rang to be told be told that the fitting was cancelled. We asked to speak to the supervisor-she was busy and would ring us-she didn't. We rang again in the afternoon- exactly the same. We rang the next morning-exactly the same. We gave up. Not a word since except to fix a new date. But the product is good and the fitter was brilliant.”

“I couldn't be more pleased. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The materials were delivered on time, and the fitting was done 6 days later. Jason arrived at 8.00 am and worked until he finished at 3.45 pm. The workmanship was excellent, and he cleaned up before he left. The finished result is even better than I expected. I would recommend Sharps.”

“All went well until the materials were delivered seven days before the fitting date; this was inconvenient in a small cottage. All the staff made the transactions as pleasant as possible, but they notified a delay from Thursday to Friday, on the Wednesday. As a result of my telephone enquiries on the Thursday morning, Friday was now impossible. They promised to give a firm date by close of business on Friday; this was to be the following Tuesday - 12 days after materials came! For the fitter on the Tuesday, we removed our bed & packed the room for Tom the fitter. He was a splendid craftsman & a pleasure to have with us. Job done by 5 o/clock, cleaned up & tidy - except that I had to wrestle once more to rebuild our bed & transfer all my clothing to the new wardrobe. The result does make us both happy, but the postponements took the shine off the experience.”

“The company is very good at keeping to appointment schedules and they are good at communicating from their various offices, the staff are always helpful. The finished wardrobes are a quality item, solid , well built, and well fitted, the doors open beautifully. The only small problem I have had is that the interior design is not exactly as I requested, and that is not possible to change without a major alteration as the wardrobe parts are all delivered ready cut. Something has gone wrong between the designer, surveyor and the finished designs and wardrobe parts that the fitter is provided with. I have had the best wardrobe fitter and he has done an excellent job.”

“We have had 2 wardrobes and 2 bedside cupboards fitted. No problems and the quality and fitting were good. Only problem is they seemed expensive at £2200.”

“We are absolutely delighted with our new Sharps wardrobes. They really compliment the room and the storage is just wonderful and so neat ! The installer was very professional and tidy and cleared up well after the job. We have shown friends and family our new wardrobes and they all agree how lovely they are and are very impressed with the overall standard.”

“Wardrobes lovely but so much damage on delivery to my BRAND NEW home. Repaint of landinding, stairs&bedroom =£400, spent 8k with Sharps bedrooms.. They did not pay even though acknowledged damage !!!!!!!!”

“Our new bedroom was fitted within 3 and a bit weeks, start to finnish, we are very happy with the service and finnish product. The designer was straight to the point, no waffle or crappy sales talk. The men who delivered the goods prior to instillation were very pleasant and the fitter was very nice and worked hard for two solid days, and I must say it was amazing craftsmanship. Very please and would use again.”

“Although the final fitting is perfect, do not rush at the design stage as the designer will try to tell you what you want instead of the other way round. Also, it is not explained that as the doors are all standard widths, and are to be fitted to a wall which is not, the doors will not fit together as neat unbroken row but will have gaps between. Obviously this is all made to look smart but is disappointing if you are expecting your run of cupboards to look like the ones in the brochure.”

“The fitting of the bedroom furniture was done in just under three days and has completely transformed the bedroom. The additional aids of drop down hanger rails and pull out shoe racks will make life a lot easier for my Mother-in-law. The fitter was a joy - Nothing was too much trouble and his easy going nature contributed in no small measure to a job well done!”
